We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately this place has seen better days and the photos being used on this website to promote it are either extremely old or a completely different hotel. The hotel is extremely run down with mouldy bathrooms and shabby furniture and fittings. We were in the area for a wedding and I booked 3 rooms for myself and friends - my room stank of dogs, was freezing cold and had seen better days but this was nothing in comparison to my friends room which was covered in other people's pubes and shavings and was probably a health hazard given the amount of mould in the bathroom. We didn't have the breakfast given the state of the place so can't comment on that but I don't have high hopes! If you have this place booked, cancel it. If you're thinking about booking, don't bother. Booking.com need to go and review this place as they are not selling the same place that is shown in the pictures on here

Stains on carpet, sheets, mattress, some look like blood !!!! I moved on without overnighting. Rather sleep in a ditch. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. OR RISK GETTING THE PLAGUE.

United KingdomThe were no functioning restaurant or bar. The bathroom had black mould on the tiles and the hot water took an age to heat up. Worst part one member of staff was very inappropriate. Offering a free massage to me and giving me his personal number on a card so that he could give me “service”. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was.

The place is dirty and run down...would not recommend this property at all. Booked the hotel for my elderly parents, they were so upset by the state of the place they checked straight out. Booked another hotel up the road...hotel refused to refund and take responsibility for the false advertisement of the property... unexceptable

United Kingdomi paid for Superior room, I ended up with x2 single beds that was very uncomfortable. I think maybe bed was damaged as was not level?? Room was cold and floor was damp. the central heating did not work. there was a small plug in heater. Breakfast there wasn't much options, and was put of with mould on the inside of the orange juice glass.
