Expected to find a Pub but it doesn't have a bar. The breakfast was adequate but not much choice

The hotel was quite run down. Damaged fittings. Lights not working. No heating in bathroom. Breakfast was poor.

Lovely large room, clean, big bed. Staff were really polite friendly and helpful. Even though next to busy road not a lot of noise after early evening. Room was warm and comfortable. If down this way in future would definitely stay again

The ceiling in the bathroom needed attention, painting over cracked plaster because of leaks from above doesn't cut it. Neither does sticking sticky labels over the cracks work. Dropped some coins at the side of the bed, one of them rolled under so I went to look for it, my god it was disgusting. Thick with dust and god knows what else under and behind the bed. Found one guy a bit creepy in terms of his approach. Wouldn't like to stay here again, even if I was paid.

our room didn’t look like the pictures online, i accept it might have been an older room but as we paid for the “upgraded” version it would’ve been nice to have one as advertised. we did find a couple ants in the room and one of the windows were missing a curtain. bathroom needed attention visually but everything worked (didn’t use shower as was only a stopover) and the bathroom door didn’t shut/open without a decent amount of force behind it. room was also very close to the road and was awoken to road noise more than a handful of time which took away from quality of sleep.

On arrival buildings look like they could do with improvement. Our room was really lovely warm clean and shower was powerful and hot.

The hotel is a bit old but the room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is simple but good enough. They provided free parking and wifi. The location is good and close to Bicester Village.

My room was quite “dated” respect what I sow on the booking. It looks it’s a new management it started recently, I hope it will improve with service. Breakfast under expectations.

Lovely place and staff, room was nice with good amenities, the room for breakfast in the morning was nice. Selection of toast, cereal and yogurt and all the usual hot and cold drinks for breakfast too.

The Jersey Arms has just been taken over a couple of months ago, therefore, perhaps the very dated decor and bathrooms reflect the previous owners; the staff asked us what we thought, so we did give them our opinion and we hope they take this on board, as the hotel is a little gem waiting for some tender loving care.

Room could do with an update in decor. The name of the property gives the impression there is a pub/restaurant attached. However this is not the case. Think it once was but is no longer.

Safety Careful crossing the road. Car park opposite side. TV and Heating needs repair.

lHotel has been taken over in the last two months by new management and really need it I just hope with the new plans for reopening fully they keep the character and the price at this level. Cannot complain at £61 including continental breakfast and dog...Very clean needs a little tlc., Slept really well,shower/ bath excellent...staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place FULL OF CHARACTER.lovely panelled dining room..very clean. TV not working but that's a relief, but excellent WiFi. Will be staying again!!
