Everything! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and amazing views, also central to other towns. The hosts were lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

We didn’t stay long enough……

Siri ok and Susan were great hosts, very attentive, very accommodating. We got a choice of rooms on our arrival, both view were fresh, clean tastefully decorated and huge! So we’re the bathrooms! The breakfasts were lovely, well cooked and the bacon was thick, the free range eggs were tasty. The garden, and resident bird life were a joy to watch. Very peaceful and beautifully rural.

On arrival we were shown the facilities and asked if there was anything else that we required. We really enjoyed our comfortable stay and have no complaints at all.

Host offered a generous selection of breakfast foods all of high quality. The cooked breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and a real joy. Yoghurt was not on the menu but when requested was supplied with pleasure. Along with a cooked breakfast, there was also a good selection of cereals, toast and drinks that were readily available, guests could have as much as they wished. The room we were given was outstanding, huge bed, en-suite shower, TV, tea and coffee, hair dryer etc. Everything was of high quality and very clean. Very peaceful location.

Following Google maps in the dark I got a but lost but property is signposted so wasn't much if an issue

This is a lovely b and b. High quality rooms which was comfortable in every way. Such lovely welcoming hosts making us very welcome. The location is beautiful and so peaceful a restful nights sleep was followed by a delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend

We arrived in the September heatwave (should not complain) but a fan to cool the room before bed would have been useful as it was hard to get a through breeze. It has not stopped me from recommending Neuadd Villa to others.

Food and cooking was well presented. The location of the house was fantastic, nestled into the hillside overlooking the river valley and hills on the other side. Garden, veranda and patios were nice places to sit and enjoy the weather.

Nothing! Apart from the sat nav sending us the wrong way.

Our hosts were really friendly and made us very welcome. I had to ring for directions before we first arrived as the sat nav sent us the wrong way. The Rose Room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty with local produce. The views are amazing and it's a lovely part of Ceredigion. We look forward to returning as we have friends living in the next village. Thank you.

What a stunning break. Sue and Siriol were fantastic hosts and the property is beautiful. Really good value for money , fabulous breakfast. Views incredible , such a peaceful place to be. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be back soon.

The room had large french doors leading to the outside which gave wonderful views but we would have appreciated a window that opened to get fresh air at night. This was resolved by opening the door slightly, so it didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the room.

Wonderful views from the bedroom and dining room. Friendly hosts. Comfortable king size bed. Large bathroom with good size shower cubicle. Great breakfast. Good directions given by host.

From the moment we got to Neuadd villa stunning location peaceful and great welcoming hosts. lovely garden room overlooking a superb garden and countryside, watching red kite from the seating around the property and all the other birds owl's buzzards not to mention farm stock as well breakfast was also superb. in a lovely part of Ceredigion. we will return

We would have liked evening meals at the property. Rather than find a pub down the road. Not enough beans on my toast during breakfast. The toast wasn't butter either. The b&b was miles from shops or cafes.

Nice quiet place and comfortable place and very welcoming. Good size and very clean rooms.
