The location was perfect we had wedding at Hampton court 10 min walk the staff were all so friendly happy and pleasant nothing too much trouble food was beautiful hotel was just lovely

Because I had to book the last room available it was rather expensive but I was given a suite that was excellent and I especially liked that they gave you filtered water in the room and again at Breakfast. I really appreciated the fact it was stored in glass so no microplastics in the water. I do not like the taste of London water so was thrilled to find it tasted wonderful - thank you King's Arms. I was also treated to my suitcase being taken up stairs to my room and once reception saw me on the way down stairs the next morning my case was carried down as well. These considerate touches were MUCH appreciated. The staff were very kind and lovely. Thank you all.

Room was small but as only me was fine. Not much space around the bed - room 7

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast chef even came out to speak with me and asked me to try his courgette fritters, yum! Location is ideal, I'm from this area and had a school reunion. The next day I reministed with a walk round bushy park and the palace.

The room was very warm , even with the cold fan running all night. There were thick cobwebs on the light fixture by our table at dinner, and around the windows and doors in the restaurant area. Asked for our steak to be cooked one rare, one medium-well done..both were rare.

We booked as next to gate for Hampton Court…unfortunately didn’t find out until in Hampton Court that the Lion Gate is no longer used and hasn’t been for four years. Luckily, it’s only a 10/15 min walk to main entrance. Staff were really friendly, bed was beyond comfortable, food was superb.

Perfect location for Hampton court, which was the purpose of our stay. Easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Breakfast and bar area was lovely. Cocktails were great. Staff were fabulous. Managed to get parking outside too which was a bonus.

Their website needs to reflect that the gate to Hampton Court Palace that is practically next door is no longer open. Parking and getting into and out of the parking spots was horrible. Don't take a car! Food was ok, not great. Breakfast was better than dinner.

Check-in staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. A decent size as well.

Lack of parking… we were lucky but there is no guarantee you will get a space. Would probably take train next time as not far from Hampton Court raiway station

Great location, excellent staff and breakfast service, quiet and comfortable. Much appreciated that a late check in was facilitated after issues with flight delays and cancelled ride shares! Wish I could have stayed longer.
