It's above a restaurant and pub so but was noise wasn't an issue and it's what I expected. No complaints

Breakfast would have been nice but it kept the price of overnight accommodation down.

Sadly Breakfast is not available but there is a superb tea shop a short walk from the hotel that serves a good variety of breakfast/lunch choices. However we enjoyed a very good evening meal at The Kings Arms of 6 tapas dishes that were delicious and the staff were very friendly and professional.

no air con or even a fan in the extreme heat. no ventilation in bathroom- very hot. access to parking tricky.noisy at times with being above pub . communication about access out of hours a bit lax (we used the fire escape as main door locked/ couldn’t be opened) was told when leaving that there was a ‘knack’ to opening, which would have been useful to know beforehand.

Could do with a deep clean. On closer inspection you could see There were cobwebs in the room. The toilet was dirty and the mirrors and floors needed a good scrub.

The size and location of the room. We stayed in one of the stable rooms outside which we loved. The location. The outdoor area. The friendly staff. The food. The fact that they are dog friendly. The rooms are decorated beautifully. The tapas food they offer was delicious. Lovely pub.

Reluctantly have to say I found the bed too firm. Husband had no problem with the firmness.

Having a lovely meal and drinks in the beer garden, whilst watching a gorgeous sunset. Great atmosphere!

We had two rooms expecting our son to join us, he couldn't so we each had a room. My wife had room 17 in the outside We returned separately from our party and my wife collected her key (around 11.15) from two male staff. She went to her room and then she had tapping and banging on her door, she ignored it. I was not aware of this until we had left the hotel. Not good! Either it was one or both of the staff or it was an outsider who should have been stopped by the staff.

the hotel did not do breakfast, this was not a problem for us, there were plenty of places to breakfast just a short walk away. the entrance to the carpark was narrow.

a great location with excelent staff, it was ideal for what we required, we used the hotel to dine on our first evening and it was a great meal.

The water was not hot. Need a pressurised hot water system Not being able to have a breakfast. Access to the car park was a challenge

The Pub area was good the staff very courteous and helpful. The beer was excellent and the pub had a good atmosphere. 👍
