Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI love this hotel, but if I had to be picky, I would have to say that the rooms on the top floor, really could do with some air conditioning, as they can be very warm at night
The hotel is in a great location for everywhere in Christchurch, and you can park the car, and not use it again, until you go home. There is a bus stop outside, if you want to explore the area. We like to walk a lot, and from the hotel, you can walk to Mudeford in about 30 minutes. We also walk to Bournemouth from there too, but is a long walk. The rooms are furnished to a good standard, and the bed and pillows are so comfortable, it makes getting up to explore the area, just that little bit harder!!

United KingdomSome of the staff were a little dismissive to my enquiries about my friends wedding celebrations. There were no curtains in the room, just shutters, so light came through the next morning. Had to pick up a large dead fly from the carpet. For the cost of the room I was hoping for nothing to note on the negative side.
Good location, spacious room and bathroom, great decor throughout the hotel. Nice selection of tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. Good that the event venue was connected directly to the hotel.

Breakfast great, room tiny on top floor but adequate, though windows could do with refurbishing. Didn't eat dinner unfortunately. Staff at front reception superb.

The welcome was very warm and efficient. Staff were very pleased to help with information on local attractions. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Try the Cheese Souffle!

United KingdomIt's an older building, that needs a lot of maintenance, but you can adjust to the quirks in the winter for sure, especially for the comfort and quality of service. I was comfortable overall and can't see them letting that be any other way for asking.
Service was welcoming and accomodating since I hadn't planned where I would stay the night and was able to check in quite late. There gentleman gave first class professional service and even said it was his first day, I would not have known as he acted like a professional. My breakfast the next day was divine, do be careful to book before hand staff was still accomodating and food was perfectly done.
