The property was in a fabulous location. The staff were lovely and helpful and everything had been thought about for our stay. Food great, rooms lovely, gorgeous garden.

Nowhere to hang clothes except on the doors which already had complimentary bathrobes on them (that was a nice touch)

We could only get a family room which we thought wasn't ideal as 3 adults (1 couple and another adult) However it turned out it was 2 separate bedrooms with a lovely bathroom in between. A large super king size bed in one room. Very comfortable. What I particularly liked was the low level lighting which came on automatically when you came out of the bedrooms, making it easy to find the bathroom at night without disturbing your other guests. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was continental, help yourself. It was more than enough choice for us.

Very comfy beds, lovely room, luxury towels, bottles of water provided. A fridge just outside room. Smart tv. Very good quality continental breakfast. We had the family room which is like a suite, a bedroom separate from the lounge. It was not quite configured how I expected as we were 3 males and only 2 beds had been made up but the staff dealt with it quickly. It wasn’t clear in the booking process that you needed to specify how many beds you needed.

The food was a bit expensive for the portion size, and I would have liked some sort of cooked breakfast option. A fresh omelette, perhaps.

My only complaint is that there was no desk in the room, it was hard to work on a laptop in the evening. Also, I would have preferred a cooked English breakfast, but the continental one was good too.

A comfortable room in the charming village of Holmbury St Mary. Very quiet rural area. The manager was most accommodating. The room was well maintained and clean. Internet was really fast. Breakfast had a good choice of fruits and other healthy options. The room is above an excellent pub, which was unfortunately closed on the day of my stay.

Would like some hanging space for my clothes

We had a lovely family room which was larger than I expected cookies and coffee in the room, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful location with a super coffee shop next door, lovely supper and breakfast. The most special thing was the lovely personalised service from the staff, nothing was too much trouble, friendly and professional, it was clear they want the guests to be happy, thanks to everyone for a lovely night.
