No cold water in the morning, parking was difficult.

The location was on Church Street in the heart of Downtown Inverness. There was a lively pub/restaurant downstairs with quite an international crowd. The room was clean and modern feeling.

We ate breakfast (unremarkable, but excellent value) in the Bar, which was a first for my wife and I. The Hotel opens out on to a very popular street with much 'Night Life'! It was however a very noisy location,

Good central location less than 5 minutes from the Rail Terminal. Staff were all friendly and anxious to help

It was a bit cold in the room and ventilation in the bathroom was not good.

Perfectly located, in the center of the town, close to the train/bus station. Excellent bar/restaurant on the ground floor! The room was nice and clean with enough space for luggage, a desk and very comfortable bed. We were on the third floor were, with a window closed, there was no noise from the street or from the bar. The whole hotel smelled nicely and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is in a great location to explore Inverness an enjoy the night life,

No parking places at the hotel or near! Even though it says 'parking' on the hotel's booking.com page. Breakfast was on extra cost; Scottish breakfast was like it should be, it just wasn't our favorite and we shouldn't have bought it in the first place.

Nice lady at the check in. Location was good (but not if you come by car).

The shower was excruciatingly hot, and lower button which did the heat didn't really seem to help either just lowering the pressure of water, so had a very hot morning shower. I shared the situation with Receptionist when leaving, who was surprised about the situation and said she'd definitely look into it.

The Receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. Bedroom was nice - I try to be organized before staying somewhere for the night and always have a bottle or two of drinking water for bedroom, but was very impressed to see that two bottles of drinking water were with the tea/coffee tray, which is the first hotel in Inverness I've ever seen this! The hotel also had select chocolate biscuits/ginger biscuits on the tray which was unique and definitely a step up the ladder from anywhere else I've been. Despite the noise outside on Church Street, I fell asleep with TV covering noise so bed was obviously comfortable!
