Done the check in I went straight to the room to use the toilet and the toilet seater wasn't cleaned. Nobody came to clean the room or bring clean towels during my stay. No kettle and hairdryer

Tried to order food on the Friday teatime after a long drive, there reply was - Sorry not doing food today. The main reason we chose this place is because they have have a menu advertising food Toilet not fastened to the floor securely very wobbly. Headboard fell off the wall Only held on with picture hooks

The room was a little disty/dirty. I didn't like the location but I didn't do my research before hand. There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee, cups etc. I had to ask for a glass and some toilet paper but was given it with no problems.

The price was good 👍 I rang before hand to ask for a number of a taxi which I was given a reliable company

Its location above the club stayed 2 nights both nights were fighting outside the club kind of group of people involved. The second nights was fighting outside the entrance as well. My family frightened to be honest at first glance what's going on. Please note the entrance is share by the pub,club the hotel was nice and clean. The hotel should do more otherwise it damage their reputation.

The towels were not very clean and I only had one set. I was very disappointed to find there was no disabled accessibility, this should have been mentioned in the advertisement

We booked a triple Ans double room for 5 of us,we only got given 2 doubles so 1 person had to be in a room on there own,breaking up the group,other than that nothing to complain about

We didn't get shown to the room. I had to ask if it was up stairs . The nice lady gave us directions. I couldn't find the TV remote or the WiFi password anywhere . When sitting on the toilet the wall that you look at . Looked like people had wiped snot on it .

The staff seemed friendly enough . The room was a decent size . So was the bathroom and shower unit ( larger than most showers) and we had a window which I thought was a bonus

On Saturday evening one bedroom had a water leak. Had all the guests arrived an alternative room would not have been available. On our side luckily a guest had not arrived otherwise our visit would have been cut short.

The staff were excellent on Friday night. We had a problem Saturday night that could in our opinion been sorted much quicker. It is cheap but we slept well. It is typically a no frills place. But we would stay again.
