It’s a busy junction and at night you can hear traffic and people. Maybe better soundproofing on the windows might help.

I didn't realize that this place is above a pub, which is ok; however, it wasn't clear from the advertisement. It took me a while to find it because of that. There is nothing outside of the pub points out that this is a "hotel". The name itself is the name of the pub. The room was smaller that it appeared on the photo, and the curtains didn't cover the windows completely.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating and polite. Since it was a Valentine's day they put a balloon and flowers in our room. That was a very nice gesture.

It was all that I said in the above questions. I know the area very well and I know Ladbroke Grove is a busy road with cars and people but if the window was open it was noisy all through night. I don’t think you can do much about that though . Also the heating was very efficient too.

Would be good to have milk alternatives for the coffee machine in the room

Very clean, quiet (as it’s upstairs a pub) but there wasn’t any noise. Rooms very modern and bright. Has a coffee machine in the room. Perfect location if you want to visit Notting Hill.

Some amenities mentioned in the booking description were missing ( iron/bathrobes/milk for coffees). The rooms are on the top floor of the pub. As expected, we could hear some noise during the evening, but this was minimal.

Amazing value for money and spotless room with modern bathroom. Everything was newly renovated and clean. Bed was very comfortable and towels were soft. Also a perfect location. Right next to to the tube station and a couple of mins walk from Portobello road.

-The bathroom could have been cleaner. Clump of hair in toilet as if the cleaner had forgotten to flush them down and some small hairs around the sink. -The shower water was not hot enough. -It would have been nice to have a breakfast option.

The room was nicely designed and newly renovated. Looks exactly like pics. Comfy bed. Easy check-in.

Entry through a pub ,narrow stairs & lacks an elevator. We had to drag our bags up 2 floors to the room.

Comfortable tiny room on the fringes of a posh locality. Very responsive and helpful staff.

A bit smaller than I hoped. Little niggles: I had to move the table to access electric plug for the kettle and green tea was the only tea option

Great location in central Notting Hill, next to tube station and close to all local amenities. Very clean and good facilities. Easy access from the street. Helpful staff. Great pub downstairs

For £200 they could have included a continental breakfast.

The room was fairly small and was up three flights of stairs.

The place was clean and well kept. It is very small, but we only needed two nights because an AirBNB we had booked was horrible. There were a few minor issues that the staff attended to immediately. The area is busy with the bar below, but on the 3rd floor with windows closed, it was quiet. Very close to the underground, 1 minute walk. That was great. And don't miss the Sunday Roast dinner at KPH. Yummy!

The room was set out for one person. The rooms coffee tray was not restocked after night 1!
