Staff were welcoming and the apartment was clean and spacious

Parking was available at an extra charge but the parking lot is really really tight with beams and columns in the way. In fairness, the hotel did tell us it was tight, we didnt realise it would be that bad. Our small car barely got in.

The studio had plenty of space. We didnt cook, but the kitchen was really handy for making tea and coffee. The Nespresso pods and little bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The unit was clean. Reception was friendly. Parking is available. Location is very central. Bed was comfortable too.

The fact that the heater wasn’t working very well and took ages to warm up and also staff wasn’t really that helpful. Didn’t inform me that there’d be a late check out charge then said “it’s on me this time” as if we knew from the beginning anyways. My room wasn’t checked before I even got there so I had to wait in the reception lobby. Also got given the wrong keys too.

Very comfortable bed, didn’t want to leave it and also that it’s stocked with everything you’d need to cook and clean and use to plate up food.

It was not far from the main train station and located in the centre of town. It was very comfortable and clean. They even had some coffee pods for the coffee machine. There was a lovely view and they even kept your luggage the following day so that we could explore town. Excellent stay!

The radiator in the bathroom didnt work and after shower was cold. I tried to switch on but it didn’t work!

The location is fantastic. The norther quarter is the most beautiful Manchester’s zone!

Front desk staff was not so friendly but they helped us with our check-in and check-out.

The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. Well equipped with all utensils you need in the kitchen.

Location was great, just across the road from the Arndale Centre. The property has 24 hour security and reception desk and doors and lifts could only be accessed with a key card, which made us feel very safe. We were on the 18th floor and the view at night when Manchester was lit up was lovely. Apartment had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. It was a 2 bedroom suite and both rooms were good size with TV etc. apartment looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. We made breakfast in the apartment and ate out for other meals. There is a Tesco just beside and a Co-op across the street. My daughter was able to use the gym every morning which was an added bonus.

Great location in the Northern Quarter close to lots of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the AO Arena. The apartment was spotlessly clean and on-site parking until 2pm the next day was useful. The cold milk, tea, coffee and water provided was a nice touch too.

Great location for central Manchester, the Arndale centre, Deansgate, Piccadilly and tram links to the rest of the region.

Shower bath, water took long to go down and the bath mat wasn't great. Shower bath window didn't stop the water from going on the floor making it slippery. Easier way to setup the TV and access WiFi

View, room and size. Very spacious with option to cook and facilities to even clean and wash laundry.

Great location, I booked this for my step daughter's 21st a couple of years ago, she had a great stay here, so it was a no brainer booking it for myself and friends who were visiting from Jersey. Would definitely stay here again.
