This accommodation was perfect for our business needs, we arrived very late one evening despite originally advising that we would be there between 8pm and 9pm and Linda was very accommodating. Nothing was too much effort and she was on hand to assist with any queries we had. The accommodation itself was excellent! We will definitely be booking in when we are next working in the area.

Really it was all great!

The Annexe Cottage was incredibly comfortable! We had been travelling for over 6 week's and the space and attention to detail was fantastic. Truly a home away from home! You certainly want for nothing, and the location was great for the border country and interesting surroundings. A truly relaxing stay and our host Linda was just lovely. A plus wS being able to park off the road in a safe environment.

Lin was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything you'd need and is definitely like 'home from home'. It is next to the road but you'd never know. Will be going back.

Everything! The cottage was lovely and spacious - we particularly liked having a bedroom each, well appointed kitchen, lovely hot shower, comfy lounge area to relax in…and the list goes on and on. We loved all the beautiful cottage flowers all around and watching the birds in the knarly old tree out front. It was like a home away from home for us. Thank you.

Going home!

The attention to detail was like nothing I have seen before, better than home from home. Lin has thought of everything and it was super cosy. The decor was so tasteful and the personlised note was so welcoming. All rooms had a lovely outlook. Despite being by a main road it was very quiet.

Although located on a major road there was little noise but extra care was needed entering and exiting the property.

The Annexe Cottage is a spacious home with a separate lounge room, separate kitchen meals area and large bedrooms. On site parking was provided, there was also a washing machine and clothesline.. It was located about 10 minutes from New Lanark and Lanark township so it was easy to get groceries and provisions. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Parking on site was also great.

Linda and Hector were great hosts, giving us all details to go easily to Edinburgh, to the Airport, and to the restaurant. The cottage is very spacious and was perfectly clean and Linda had several little attentions that make all the difference. It is perfect to go visit Edinburgh with the park & ride tramway system, or to get to the Tweed valley for a day.

Not being able to stay forever.

Best thing about this place is its just over an hour away from all the iconic places. Edinburgh, Ayr, Glasgow. The cottage is spacious and very clean. Lin had this place stocked up and would last a couple of days until you got settled in to get your own coffee, tea, etc. It's a very peaceful and quiet. Great for a relaxing holiday or sightseeing, the option is there.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Fabulous cottage, bright and spacious. Welll equipped, had everything we needed, comfortable bed. Good location for exploring area, easy to get to places such as Biggar and Peebles. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

There was nothing that we could find fault with

It was very clean, with everything you would expect plus a number of additional things that made us feel very welcome. The Annex is quite large with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom , 2 decent sized bedrooms and a hallway. while next to a busy main road there is really no noise in the annex itself. There is plenty of room to park and 5he owners Hector and Lyn were very welcoming. There internet access throughout the property.
