We had an absolutely delightful weekend at Rachel's charming annexe. The space is cosy, comfortable, and filled with sunshine throughout the day. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre packed with stunning architecture to explore. Rachel was an exceptional host, incredibly friendly, hospitable, and easy to converse with. Thank you immensely—we would adore staying again in the future!

Nothing. It was perfect.

It was so cosy and so close to town. It was in a perfect location. Close enough to the town to enjoy it for all you could, but also far enough away that it felt incredibly quiet and relaxed when staying in the annexe. You also had everything you could possibly need within the annexe and Rachel made sure you had breakfast and all the self-catering supplies you could need.

I was contacted to confirm when I would be arriving which I appreciated as well as providing directions . The owner was very friendly and couldn't have done anymore for me to make my stay comfortable.

The proximity to Stamford Town center, it was 12 minute walk, with Private parking and my own private entrance. The room offered everything I needed, a home away from home. Spotlessly clean, light, bright and airy. Local art & images adorned the walls. Excellent provision of instant and ground fresh coffee, teas, sugars etc. loads of fresh milk, butter, jams, 3 options on breakfast cereals. Full size fridge, microwave and toaster. Rachel popped in to say hello and check I was all sorted.

Excellent room in a quiet location at the end of cul-de-sac a short walk past the college into the wonderful town of Stamford. Great value for money with continental breakfast included. Friendly, helpful host. Happy to recommend this property for you visit to this wonderful town.

We didn't like the fact that we had to leave so soon. Everything else was just perfect.

We liked the little extra touches that make all the difference. Rachel was kind & generous with her time & local knowledge. This was our second stay & most definitely will not be our last!

Nice place to stay, very clean, the Little Annexe consists of a bedroom and bathroom which was all we needed. Very nice continental breakfast. 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre of Stamford.

Stamford is not a cheap place to stay so we were amazed to find this gem at such a great price. The continental breakfast was great. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Rachel is a lovely host. Will definitely be staying again.

Great location ..10-15 mins flat walk to town centre. Secure location for car parking at property. Met by owner..explained how everything worked at property. Amenities in room excellent and the accommodation was very clean. Fridge, microwave, toaster, cafetière provided. Owner supplied croissants , jam or bread and marmalade for breakfast along side a mixture of cereals and yoghurts. Milk , orange juice and water in fridge provided during our stay, and provided a good selection of tea and coffee. Rachel was the perfect host for us and we had great communication before and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again 5 stars 🌟

Excellent value accommodation that is well located for walking into the town centre. Very friendly and helpful welcome from Rachel the owner on arrival. An excellent self service breakfast selection included within the room, including fridge, microwave, toaster etc. Private access to the annexe and patio

Maybe a hairdryer in the room would have been helpful.

Self catered breakfast with croissant and fruit juice. Fridge well supplied with yoghurt and various spreads. Wonderful hostess and good parking in front of property.
