Cottage is located next to a pub which played extremely loud music until 12.30am! Then that followed lots of drunk people spilling out into the street shouting. There was no way of sleeping while this was going on. I stayed on a Saturday night.

Charming cottage that was very homely. The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was lovely and clean. Super location as you are right next to the main street, shops and restaurants. Also right on top of some fantastic walking routes.

WiFi never worked while we were there, not a huge deal with most places in town offering their own WiFi. Kitchen is cramped, but worked well for us.

Location couldn’t be better, easy check in/out, everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. Little library was a nice touch.

The neighbours left their bin in the way and the path was very tight to squeeze around a bin.

What a gem!? Great location. Everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. If you’re a southerner bring slippers in winter months as this is an old property and the downstairs floor was cold, that’s part of the authentic experience though eh!

    Loved everything!

My second time at the little hideaway - I love the cosiness, comfort and it feels like a real home away from home. It's the perfect bolt hole in a great location, right in the centre of Haworth very near to the shops, pubs and Parsonage Museum. I can't wait to come back! X

The only issue we had was when cooking, the fire alarm went off continuously until we were done cooking and there was no smoke to set it off so not sure what happened there but it put us off cooking during our stay.

Cottage was easy enough to find and in a very quiet courtyard. Well equipped with everything you could need and the information pack was very useful. We loved the decor and how cosy it was. Bed was very comfortable! And overall the cottage was in an excellent location and it was spotlessly clean.

The shower was a little unpredictable, whether it was the water pressure, not sure, but it did run cold a few times, and the slats on the single bed were a bit loose, and the window in the main bedroom was too stiff to open, but apart from that it was a gorgeous, cosy perfect spot for our break in Haworth and we felt very happy and comfy being there.

The location was perfect, a little hard to find at first as we had never been to Haworth before and had to ask several people before we found it, but an easy walk to the Parsonage and the moors and just absolutely delightful to be there. Very cosy and warm.

Really minor, but a dish sponge/brush and extra hand-towel in kitchen would be nice.

Cozy house in a great location to explore Howarth and the Bronte history. Good instruction/info booklet and clear communication about entry/exit. Liked the gas fire.

We have stayed before and couldn’t wait to come back. It’s such a beautiful cottage and perfect for anybody wanting to explore the lovely restaurants and bars in Haworth. The cottage is beautifully decorated, warm, comfortable and with lovely features referencing the Brontes. We will be back soon

The neighbour is clearly anti-social and we wondered why he chooses to live in a popular touristic village. We say this because his wheely bin is positioned immediately outside the front door of the Little Hideaway down a narrow alleyway, such that you have to almost ‘climb’ past it to leave the cottage. All other resident’s bins are kept down by the road, so this man clearly places his bin there to antagonise visitors to the cottage. Mean & rude - but not the fault of this host!

This is a lovely old and quaint cottage in the heart of Haworth village. The ground floor is one room; a kitchen living room, with a big open fire place with gas fire. Despite being small, the kitchen was very well equipped and the sofa and rocking chair were comfy. The bedrooms were cosy, and the beds comfy. We appreciated how effective the central heating was given the cold snap during our stay! The bathroom was clean and compact. An ideal place to stay to explore Haworth and Brontë country really!

Cobbled forecourt very uneven, slippery and muddy after rain.....Something out of the control of the cottage owner, but worth being aware of if infirm or disabled. Neighbours dustbin in narrow alley way leading to door made it awkward to get into and out of property.

    Very clean. Great location.
