Towel rails needed in bathroom

Great choice & delicious food!

Considering I have paid more to stay in a Premier Inn with no freshly cooked breakfast included, this stay was perfection and that doesn't happen very often. Maybe one or two extra English breakfast T bags in the room rather than the large selection of peppermint, non-caffeine etc.

The location was a little out of the way but not an issue. The hotel, the grounds, the room, the public areas, the bar, everything about it was absolutely lovely. A great atmosphere, everywhere was well decorated, clean, inviting, comfortable. The staff were amazing, so helpful, courteous, friendly, always there when you needed someone but not hovering around all the time. The food in the restaurant was delicious, great variety and freshly cooked and well sized portions. Breakfast was incredibly good value for money, with quality produce. Fantastic overnight stay and will definitely stay again. I can imagine in the summer, sitting outside with a long cool drink!

Bathroom was colder then we would of liked it and Tv was hit and miss with signal but these are so minor things after a great experience and room was very spacious ☺️

Staff and locals were very friendly. The place had a relaxed feel but the place was buzzing with all ages, food was superb, definitely recommend ⭐️

Walking to town. Only 30mins walk but no footpath. Dangerous with blind bends.

We booked a King room and I have to admit I expected it to be so small, bathroom was a bit dated with no hooks for towels etc or a toilet roll holder ! It also needs a decent shower. On a health and safety note - the bathroom is accessed via a short flight of stairs with a low ceiling - no reminders to guests to 'mind their head' - I still have the bruise and I'm only 5' 4''. Cleaning was a bit slap dash with cobwebs and insects everywhere. Worst of all was the view from the room - over the kitchen roof ( which was strewn with debris) and we were right next ( literally outside the window) the extractor vent for the kitchen ( which does go off when the kitchen closes, but reboots for breakfast !) Check in was chaotic - no dedicated reception and staff serving at the bar, managing the restaurant and trying to show guests to their rooms. These are

Restaurant was great - beautiful food at dinner and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel was beautifully decorated and presented, with a lovely outside terrace. Staff in the restaurant were attentive and efficient and the decor beautiful. Location good - easy to get into Norwich and I'm guessing the Broads, although we did not venture that way. Good sized bathroom.

Just a few things but none of them serious. Our room had bathroom down steps, I had to keep ducking under ceiling. Just a little too warm, plug sockets hidden behind headboard, ventilation vents right outside window.

Nice hotel, recently refurbished, meals are good and generous. Good well kept real ale selection. Close by the broads.

Really enjoyed our stay here. An absolutely beautiful building in a lovely location. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and ckean. All the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Some of the best food we've ever had, was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Bedroom was rather noisy as above a public area & didn’t go quiet until 11.45.

You could hear music from the bar/restaurant in the room but we were so tired it didn’t bother us.

Would have liked more control of the light switch in the bathroom which came on automatically at all times of day and went off on a timer.

Lovely view of the broad. Easy to leave the property early in the morning. Splendid bathroom. Ample parking. On site restaurant, though I did not have time to use it.

We was put in a room with a terrible outlook! Overlooking all the kitchens ducting I presume where we didn’t manage to fall asleep while later than we wanted because of the noise!

Lovely location and ideal for visiting Wroxham just around the corner where we wanted to go and checkout the boating holidays for a future date. The decor was beautiful and very clean.

Minor but would have been useful to have USB charging slots in power outlets and EV charging available.

Newly refurbished (2023), stylishly decorated. Excellent location, rurally, close to Wroxham and Salhouse Broad. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent and very filling breakfast. Friendly and helpful team.

The room could of been a touch cleaner, attention to detail on removing cobwebs and dust on the alarm above the door. A bin liner in the waste bin could have been added. On the whole no complaints.

Great quiet location not far from Wroxham. We stayed in a lovely room overlooking the patio, bright and airy. A little bit of noise late in the evening from guests on the patio but it didn’t spoil our stay. Lovely patio area for enjoying a drink. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good.
