Absolutely nothing !!!

The quietness and the lake was breathtaking and lodge beautiful and the hot tub was situated just perfect for looking on too lake

would be nice for over £300 to have coffee sachets teabags maybe a wee pint milk in the fridge things you get at much cheaper establishments , the Prosecco was a nice touch but feel the lodge was a little overpriced for the kind of money maybe a wee welcome pack or breakfast hamper etc would be a nice touch or even a later checkout so you can lie in then enjoy a few hours before leaving

so peaceful with only nature for company bedding was luxurious Amd all the throws and cushions made for a very cosey stay , hot tub was also great , check in check out was perfect

The lodge was absolutely lovely! So cosy and remote with a perfect view of the lake! The hosts left a bottle of prosecco which we enjoyed while watching the sunset. Had an amazing time staying here, would definitely return and recommend to everyone!

Theres nothing not to like

The property was a cute little lodge on the edge of a Loch. It was very warm and cosy- perfect for a weekend escape. It was lovely and secluded with plenty of wildlife around- i would definately recommend a set of binoculars to do some bird watching while relaxing in the hot tub. The hot tub was pre heated and the rooms was beautifully clean. All the amenities was all in good working conditions. Hair dryer, defuser and kitchen in good working order- although the extractor fan wasn't working this wasn't an issue. Its a perfect place for star gazers, you can see over 4 constellations in the sky as it seems to be in a dark area with many shooting stars. Lovely beaches close by and not far from the centre with some lovely shops and resurants. Will definately be booking looking forward to booking again in the summer.

Waiting to get into the Lodge, the check-in time was 4pm and the cleaner never finished until 4.20pm. When wanting to go into the hot tub we couldn't straight away as there was an error message (OH). The temperature was too hot and we had to add jugs of cold water to cool. Once temperature correct hot tub was amazing!

Can't fault the stunning views. The peace and tranquillity. The wildlife around the lodge. The walk around the loch. The lodge was nicely furnished and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was amazing.

Shower wouldn’t change temperature no matter what way you turned it and was too hot to stand under. Also the patio doors just wouldn’t lock. Felt like it was off the runner a bit.

The kitchen is not well supplied. We stayed here at the end of a 15 night stay travelling around Scotland and this had the least supplied kitchen of anywhere we stayed. There was no tea towel &/or oven gloves, only one bowl, no oven trays for oven or ovenproof dishes, no sponge or cloths to wipe side down and no tin foil. I’m not saying I expect every self-catering property to have all these things, but to not have any of it ended up feeling a bit poor (especially as numerous other properties we had just stayed at did). The sliding door leading out to the terrace/hot tub is also broken with a piece of wood wedged into it making it very stiff to open. We opened it up a little way but were scared to force it at the risk of breaking it further so emailed to check it was ok to give it some welly and force it open and it was disappointing not to get a response. The shower is also a little tricky but fine once you get the right setting etc!! It wouldn’t take much for this place to be absolutely amazing so I hope my comments are useful. Despite my few comments we still had the most incredible stay and absolutely loved this property.

This place is really just stunning! The view is so incredibly beautiful and the location is so tranquil and peaceful! The local wildlife is everywhere and it is so lovely watching them all from the luxury of your private hot tub! Amazing!! The lodge is decorated nicely and has that wow factor as you walk in. Self check in and out so really easy.

No WiFi. For the price paid, that was very poor. The sofa in the lounge area needs replacing, there is no cushioning.
