Whitcomb’s A la carte restaurant not great value for the food that is served.

Little details in the room that created a truly luxurious experience. Spa access from early hour till late. Beautiful restaurant and lounge that served premium cocktails. 10/10 breakfast with good value for money. Excellent location to sight see and visit the theatre.

Excellent location on leicester square. Ideal for commuting just a few minutes from tube station and theatres. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and plenty of them to assist at every turn. Great bar area and restaurant. Absolutely lovely hotel.

It would be easier to point out what's not amazing about this hotel since the list of all the good things are SO long! But really, there's not ONE bad thing to say about this place. Its been our second time visiting, and we are already planning to come back. David, one of the concierges who has been there and helped us both visits is such an amazing, honest and loving person who goes out of his way to make us feel taken care of!

Way too overpriced, breakfast was 90 gbp for 2 people, the selection is not amazing for that money They are looking to charge you every little thing extra Even the cleaning of the room 10 gbp per day Ridiculous! Mini bar is extra charge Overall the prices are way to high

I think there needs to be a little bit more thought as to the guest experience in the bedrooms. The wardrobe space is minimal, which is surprising because (certainly in the room I stayed in) there was dead space (what appeared to be wardrobe space but they were in in-openable panels). The bathrooms can be a bit awkward as there is little space to hang anything up, such as a towel or the bathrobe. You have to effectively exit the bathroom area into the hotel area to get your towel and bathrobe. There was an issue with the bill at the end as I hadn’t been told that a credit didn’t apply to the minibar. However, this was rectified soon after I checked out. They agreed to look into making it clear on the website and on checkout what any credits apply to/don’t apply to.

The hotel is beautifully designed, to an exceptional standard. No expense seems to have been spared to make this hotel stand out amongst its competitors. The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Leicester Square. The staff are amazing. Courteous, polite, and not formulaic or robotic (which, in my experience, is a let down for so many 5 star hotels).

It would have been good to be told that the rooftop area was reserved for a private function on a Saturday night, and closed on Sunday and Monday. We had planned to go up into the roof on Saturday night as we had the theatre on Friday but when we tried to go up we were turned away. If areas are going to be closed to guests it would’ve been nice to know when we checked in so we could have at least gone up to the roof for a drink on the Friday night

The hotel is beautiful, there’s lots to do and everyone is lovely. We had a lovely long weekend there.

Having to endure music being played until midnight on the Friday and Saturday nights. Appreciate that makes us sound old & grumpy, but this isn’t us - we love music, but during a time we choose and of a genre also of our choice. Having and offering this facility is of course good, but to have the sound resonate to the fifth floor, just isn’t acceptable.

We wished there were more towels in the bathroom. We also wish there were spare blankets in the closet. Other than that, we didn't have any other issues or concerns.

As we were on vacation and interested in seeing the tourist destinations in London the location of the hotel was excellent. Additionally, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful when answering questions or helping make arrangements with taxis, determining distances to various sights, etc. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. We would definitely make a return stay the next time in London.
