Didn't like the fact that I was put on the top floor because of my bad knee. Didn't like the fact that I had to share the toilet either. Otherwise, clean and quiet. The cleaning lady was very helpful and staff too. They always had a smile on their faces and were ready to assist you. Would recommend 👌

Excellent location! Many shops and eateries around. Easy to navigate, lots of buses and train station just 5 minutes away.

The toilet is next door to the bedroom (and, not en-suite - minor inconvenience (no pun intended! I prefer tea to coffee. There was a sachet if coffee but none for tea. I would have liked some ventilation,

The location was familiar to me as I used to live in the area. It is a 7 minute walk from Tooting Broadway Underground Station and on several useful bus routes. It is not expensive , fairly priced for what it offers. My room was for small but practical, with a washbasin, soap, hand towel and bath towel. There is a comfortable single bed, a chair and small chest of drawers. There are electricity outlets for kettle, a cup and saucer and a sachet of coffee. The room is on the second floor, accessed by stairs It was totally quiet - no noise from other guests or the pub on the ground floor

No window - just a skylight. Shared toilet (but en suite shower and wash basin).

Good location near the tube. Lots of shops, cafes, bars etc in the local area. Helpful staff. Slept well.

Windows very draughty. Needs a facelift, wallpaper hanging off, tiles broken off wall, cleanliness not great, would be nice to have had an extra pillow. Overall it needs a freshen up and facelift.

Location was good for where we needed to get too. Pub was decent enough so was the food.

Cold corridor and there was used tissues under the bed. Television could have been better placed. Toilet was very cold and the floor was wet.

Rooms need renovation. Most annoying was the lack of heating although temperature was low especially during the morning hours. Due to what is mentioned before price is considerd high.

It is quite an honest stay, the room was bigger in comperison to other London similar category hotels and the bed comfortable. Location is convenient if you want to stay in this part of the city and in walking distance to the tube. Communication went well.

Room layout made no sense, wardrobe was angled by the en suite door so had to turn yourself to get through the door.. tv on wall was one side, bed another, so couldnt actually see tv from bed, so had to move bed to be infront of tv.. when going for the toilet the radiator is right next to your leg so you either stand/sit to the side or burn your leg when you go toilet.. the cold tap needs turning so much to come on that if you turned it anymore youd turn back time.. the shower was powerful and decent but kept flopping to the side.. When booking, lunch and dinner was mentioned in the description but nothing mentioned when checking in.

Room was a little dirty, lots of hairs and dust. The shower, although a great temperature, didn’t work properly either. The room also faced the main road, which meant the noise of people out and about on the street kept me up until 5am. Appreciate this is beyond the hotel’s control, but something to bear in mind when staying over the weekend.

Bed was comfortable and the hotel was in close proximity to the tube station.

Some male guest stay up outside in the beer garden which was directly below my bedroom & were so loud for ages. Finally @ 1.15 am I yelled out of the bedroom window that I had had enough of them & their blooming noise…. They did disperse fairly smartly possibly judging by my tone, they had little alternative!? However, up until that point I had no idea that a VERY noisy generator kicked off literally every 30 minutes throughout the night!! To be fair, I got somewhere safe to stay overnight & to park my 🚙 which was a plus & the staff were awesome & so kind!!

Lack of kettle.

The room was basic but extremely clean, and I've worked in hotel housekeeping for a few years, so I know clean when I see it. It was noisy, despite double glazing, but that's a price you pay for being close to facilities. My 7 year old slept soundly through the noise. The location was excellent. Right next to a bus stop that takes you to Victoria, and 5 minutes from the tube. There's a Tesco Express across the road, which I loved. There are also many fast food places on the road outside. The beds looked quite basic, but were very comfortable, including for a bad back. The shower was a little small, but you get used to it. I have to say that there was one thing that really ruined my stay. The room did not have a kettle, or any cups, not even a tumbler. I brought tea bags, having read some reviews about lack of them, but no. Every day I had to drink warm pop for breakfast at 8am before I could have a shower and leave by about 10am and have a cup of tea. This is the one thing that would stop me recommending the otherwise nice hotel.
