The location was excellent, able to go about my business, although Sunday night so expextefley load football long as everyone enjoyed themselves. Don't have anymore to say staff seem very nice also.

There was a dreadful smell through the corridors and all the rooms which was hard to get past. Also the room is on a main road so is very noisy. With some basic cleaning and hygiene these rooms could be really easy to recommend

The room was drab, decor had seen better days. Sheet were rough and in places had soiled yellow stains on sheets. Needs badly to be given a fresh look.

In summer room probably needs a fan, as had only an openable skylight. More than a few days would be too expensive... youre really paying for immediate access and a couple of days stay .. (i booked the £60/night room) . Be aware theres a few flight of windy strais to negotiate with any luggage. But for a few nights its great.

The kettle was not clean - so I couldn't have a brew in the morning and as the pub wasn't open I walked to Mcds for a cup of tea instead.

The bedroom and bathroom was small, dated and cramped. The bed was very uncomfortable, It was only a camp bed, not even a proper divan bed. The bedding was awful with two flat pillows and bobbled sheets. We had a terrible nights sleep on the bed. We could not wait to get out of this awful room and leave. One of the worst nights sleep we have ever had. We would not recommend this place to anyone, absolutely dreadful.

Menu was wrongly priced. More expensive than stated - no discount given to guests - only on one occasion.

location was ideal for planned trip. Room warm and plenty of hot water. Dining room comfortable.

Room could have been a little cleaner, there were some discarded McDonalds fries under one of our beds. Not all rooms come with an exclusive bathroom so be wary of that.

Cheap and cheerful, undeniable value for money in London! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pub downstairs has a great atmosphere with well priced drinks and food +10% off for being a guest.

Not a big fan of carpets and after showering a musty odor awoke in the whole room. Tried opening the window but was not able to.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. I personally liked the view and the cozy atmosphere of the buding itself.

Shower lacked proper water (it only came out very hot) but we managed to come up with a fix, not a big deal.

Excellent and accommodating staff, outstanding food and drinks at the bar with big portions for a fair price, good location by the London Underground.
