Didn’t like the bed. Double would have been fine I’d the sides were not soft.

The en-suite bathroom is very tiny. The sink is minute. The shower works but does not have much flow (electric type). A bit of staining is beginning to show in the shower. No bath. At busy times of the year it is essential to book meals in the bar/restaurant. The price is very high for what is essentially a pub with rooms.

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Very good breakfast. The hotel is very well situated close to the train station and bus station. It is also on the main street in the town. The room was also remarkable quiet considering it is in a town centre location. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The Longboat Inn is very close to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was good.

Hit and miss cleaning, 1 day was our fault, but bins not emptied on arrival.

The fab lounge area. Excellent food and service. Faith who looked after us in the Restaurant was excellent. Professional and friendly.

Walls a little thin and could hear the people in the next room. All quiet by 11pm. Didn’t care for the green night light.

Near the bus and train station. Good fire precautions. Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean room . Cornish tea bags / coffee and a sachet of hot chocolate.

Great location for us, catching an early morning train. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the pub has an excellent vibe and good meals. Quite a pleasure to stay a night or two, especially with St. Michael’s Mount and Mousehole both a short bus ride away.

Very little -bathroom rather in need of upgrading but otherwise fine

It was convenient to the station. We booked last minute as the weather meant we had to leave the Isles of Scilly earlier than planned. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage and use the upstairs seating area whilst we waited for our train time They could not have been more helpful!!

Our room was on the top floor and this made it hard for my partner as she has a bad knee, the hotel was fully boked but we managed ok, the shower was a little cramped but it would have helped to have handles in the shower/toilet to aid getting into and out of the shower.

Food was excellent with plenty of options for those people with food allergies and the quality was outstanding. The staff were also excellent, helpful and approachable at all times. The Pub/dinning area was a very good place to sit and unwind after a long day either watching sport, having a chat or even playing a game. The location was ideal, close to the main transport hubs and close to the seafront.

I know these are rooms in a pub rather than a purpose built hotel but the bathroom was old and tired. The carpets in the main corridors could do with replacing.

Great location opposite the train station and main bus stop made it easy to arrive by train and use local buses to get around the area. The cooked to order breakfast was really good.

Honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. I was however only there for one night

On arrival the staff were very pleasant, helpful and generally professional. The bedroom was clean, tidy and adequate in all aspects. Dinner was very nice, promptly served and of reasonably good quality. Breakfast likewise was enjoyable, The location of the inn is great for the train station and the Scillonian

Unfortunately the only trouble we had was little sleep due to the constant talking of the other guests and their bang of the room doors. We could hear lots of noise from traffic outside but that could just be down to the fact the windows are old but it's an old building. Not much can be done about this but find it worth noting for people who want a quiet night.

Lovely ideal location, staff were great. Rooms are fab for the price; nice and clean. It's ideal for a quick stop over.
