    Nothing

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The bed linen and towels are of a high standard. The bathroom and shower were very spacious. The view from the room is amazing. Enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the sunshine. Will definitely book the bay suite again.

Bed badly made without a fitted sheet and really uncomfortable. Also the sink in the bathroom was very small. The badly fitting plug allowed water to drain. Only one comfortable chair.

    Marvellous view. Good breakfast.

The bed did not had any mattress topper and when I asked the receptionist can I have one, (I was willing to put it on the bed myself) the receptionist looked at me like she was not happy to be bothered and told that the hotel doesn’t have any at all. That all they put on are mattress protectors and not toppers. This should be a must. Therefore I spent the night feeling all the mattress dents and woke up in the morning with a back pain. The doors had a big gap between the floor and all the light from corridor was beaming right through. I love absolute darkness and this was not great. I also asked a quiet room it kind of was but I was awakened at 8am on Sunday morning by floorboard creaking from other guests above me. The young lady at the breakfast was very friendly. The food was ok , unfortunately the only option which included meat (fish) was not available , as I don’t eat pork I was left only with vegetarian option. Not a lot of self catering choices at the breakfast area and the coffee was weak.

The room was the size I was expecting for the money paid. It was spotless! The room attendant did an amazing job, the bed was done perfectly, clean cups and stocked tea/coffee station. The bathroom was clean and bedroom was dusted and looked very nice. The room itself was very warm. Friendly young lady at the breakfast tried her absolute best! Beautiful view on seaside from breakfast are window.

The room was very small but we were only there for 1 night. I didn't like the fact they ask you for another £50 when you check in that ate in to our spending money which we can not afford Also to say they are fire doors there was a big gap around the doors so if there was a fire you have no chance

The location was brilliant just a short walk away from town centre and opposite the beach if you are lucky enough to get a sea view room

breakfast could have been better - they use filter coffee which is not very nice. was advised by staff member that we can have one coffee each free - capp or latte which was very good. scrambled eggs on toast was ok not much taste. basic white bread used. expensive for what you get. however staff on duty was very good

we have been coming to this hotel every year for the last 4 years to visit family in Morecambe. Rooms are clean & comfortable. the bay view rooms are great. used aspects bar and sat outside in the sun, really good.

Parking and entrance are bit confusing. It should be easy to enter if we park the car directly in the hotel premises.

Location is excellent, as the hotel situated near to the sea. We can see the lake district
