Old bathroom. Needs some updates

When I walked into the room, the temperature was set at 25.5 degrees, way too hot. I could hear everything going on above me and next to me, from coughing all night to conversation. It`s really bad, you really need to make it more sound proof. Breakfast was really not much to talk about. Not much variety on offer for breakfast.

Noise from function, no tv remote ,bed about foot of floor. Strong smoke smell in toilet. But room did job. For the cost

It’s quite near. To My place of interest not a 5 star but a room to stay. And a big thanks for a misunderstanding in my part only had room only. But chap got me a bowl af cereal and toast as I had to go long before breakfast time next time It’s B/b. For sure.

The shower was terrible there was hardly any water coming out and if I turned it to warm it was scalding hot and if I turned it down it was freezing it was really bad , I was going to say at reception but the lady was busy and I had to leave .

It was dated needed a revamp . Didnt get to sleep until 2.30 am as there was some sort of party on then after people shouting in corridors .

Fire alarm went off during the night and the room was small.

Heating is operated by electric radiator and when we switched on the plug it made a funny buzzing noise. Luckily it was warm enough in the room so didn't have to use it. Fire alarm went of in middle of the night. All residents evacuated but no staff member present. Only allowed back into the building when 1 resident rang the hotel doorbell to get attention and ask if everything was okay. Turns out the alarm set off by mistake due to night porter hoovering!!!! 10 minutes later it went off again.

Great location, within minutes to centre of town. Clean and tidy hotel although it needs a bit of decorating in areas. Sarah (General manager) was very helpful with any query or information required.

The shower was difficult to control but there was plenty hot water.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Perth Royal Infirmary which was useful as my husband was unexpectedly admitted while we were on holiday.

Window didn't open or close properly in room or bathroom.Room was really dated, bathroom even worse like something in the 80s. Also a bathroom with no fan at all never had that in any hotel room I've ever been at.

The beds smelled horribly of sweat and vomit and the room was very dirty everywhere with all kinds of rubbish under the beds.

The place is nicely decorated with a playground for children and a bar equipped with a pool table and machines for adults.

We paid for a double bed however, it was infact a queen size mattress on a double base. There wasn’t a window it was a sky light and there wasn’t any type of ventilation

Furniture very dated in bedroom .sewage smell from the bathroom .kettle had to be moved to get the plug working .stains on the bathroom mat .arriving at the hotel .the main door was closed .rang the bell several times .and rang the hotel number .til a member of staff opened the door ..

Sadly our room/bathroom felt like it needed some attention. Carpets appeared not hoovered but everything else was clean.

The staff were polite and helpful. The cooked breakfast included was good. Warm room with nice clean sheets and towels. Has a quirky and colourful presence. Good parking

Room was a little cold, however, I think it was because I didn't know how to work the controls .
