I found the tv a bit difficult to navigate..but I'm old and don't watch all the things available on it..or know how too! I'm sure most people would love it though.

The staff, especially Sarah and Sam, made my stay so warm and welcoming. The hotel is great value for money, in a great location and fully met my needs.

One room was a bit dusty, some fluff visible. Air freshener cleaning smell.

Room was a bit on the warm side and the shower could do with being fixed as it only trickles hot water room 206 😂 but over all a very pleasant stay .

Over all a pleasant stay. lovely staff , room was clean, bed was super comfy, was easy to find despite road works and no noise outside.

Breakfast. Also place generally looks a bit run down. Rooms are not great for sound isolation. Couple next door were very audible during sex.

Close proximity to PRI so I could visit my 85 year old father who was in the hospital following a fall he had in his apartment.

The hotel was unbelievably tatty. Paint peeling off walls and radiators. The bars felt quite rough, and that was the overall feel about the hotel.

Only downside was breakfast really, bacon solid, tattie scones a little overdone etc

For once, managed to pick/find a hotel that was our cup of tea so to speak. Had everything on site for a quiet night away. Friendly bar, pool table, excellent food, big room with big comfy bed and tv. Couldnt have asked for more, at a great price too. Hope to be back soon

Very cold at night, we all had to sleep with hoodies on, even though the two heaters were at maximum the temperature they reached was really mild and not enough to warm up the room. Hotel hasn’t been redecorated in decades. Smell is not welcoming, both in main hotel and on bedrooms.

Hotel needs a bit of a spruce up in general areas - a lick of paint and cleaning of woodwork would help. In bedroom, bedstead not fixed to wall and mattress smaller than divan which was on castors and moved around. Breakfast was buffet style basic but well cooked. Stayed in other hotels/B&B for similar money and had better breakfast - could offer more choice of cereal, some yoghurts and fruit, etc.

The bathroom fan did not work. The room was very perfumed, trying to cover some other smell, I guess. The bed was very squishy. There was no fruit or yogurt at breakfast. What was there was ok, but heavy! The food available for dinner was exclusively American pub style food. Any kind of vegetables were scarce and sad.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant on site for a quick dinner and for a buffet style breakfast included with the room.
