Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe lift didn’t work, which means I had to carry my luggage up and down. The room was really hot, no fan or ac, the walls were paper thin I could everything next door or even a couple rooms down. The room was dirty on arrival the bin already had bottles within it. Reception was extremely slow on arrival, the breakfast lacked options. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort.

United KingdomI didn’t like anything other than location. Facilities were awful, or just non existent. Hotel and room were dirty. Staff didn’t know how to run the bar as didn’t have training. No wardrobe in room. Screws sticking out in places. Light fitting falling off wall.

United KingdomWhat this does not advertise and we were informed by staff is that it is also used to house refugees, nothing wrong with this, however, certain amenities have been taken away due to this, but the price is still the same. The room is small and nothing like what they are in the pictures, I could not fit in the shower as it was tiny, no toilet brush, no wardrobe as advertised and there was no way of controlling the temperature of the room so was very hot all the time. The staff were kind and were trying, but seemed to have a lack of care at the same time for small details like the bar not being manned and then asking reception for a drink for them to call a member of staff over to serve us and it took 5-10 minutes for that member of staff to turn up, they also did not know how to pour a pint and had to call another colleague as it was his first day, so lack of care for actually training its staff. Definitely would not stay here again, it’s a refugee hotel now and we have to pay 260 for the privilege which is not advertised. Surprised the Radisson would put its name on this hotel.
