Rather run-down, TV didn't work, radiators jammed on extra hot, no parking (on street parking: took a while to find a spot), weird stain in shower.

The shower was terrible, and there was a round toilet seat on a square toilet. No hair dryer in room as advertised. Breakfast was unorganised and cold. Staff are overworked and running around like headless chickens.

The other room was terrible... dirty carpet and ceiling, the windows were very drafty, and the heating was very weak.. It was very cold there and we asked for an extra blanket.. Breakfast was very poor... no coffee machine..

We booked 2 rooms. One room was fine, good condition, warm and comfortable...Nice sea view...staff very friendly. Possibility to bring a dog.

I really enjoyed the fact the hotel was close to sea front beautiful view, within walking distance to many different shops, restaurants and the town centre. Very helpful, informative and friendly staff members that assisted our group with cabs services to commute to different areas, and recommendations to places to go out to enjoy a night on the town. Great laid for money too.

The food wasn’t that great and there wasn’t much option to choose from the bar, there were dripping stains on the walls and in the bathroom. There was also no hairdryer in the room like it said on the website.

Very nice staff, gorgeous views, there was a lot to do and we had no troubles while staying here.

My shower had no door on it, so when using it left lots of water on floor when getting in and out which is is a slip hazard. Health and safety hazard Toliet flush was broken. I did report both while staying. No bar which was a shame. But understand still getting licence as not long took over. No house keeping in your room while staying I understanding not entering the room. But I stayed for a week and keep asking for toliet roll, tea bags and milk got very trying in the end. 1 toliet roll does last a week. You need to rethink this a bit. Aslo.i had to empty my own bins because of no house keeping entering the room during the week. I don't mind but I should not have to while i am on my holiday. Maybe you could have a system where bins could be place outside the door to be changed. Breakfast the bacon needed cooking a longer and so does the toast toast needs to brown colour on both side.

The staff where really nice and friendly and could no more for you. Nothing was a hassle for them.

The hotel seemed to be in a state of disrepair, our shower was missing a door and the drain was blocked so shower couldn’t be used, Paint was peeling from the walls, towels had to be asked for, and it seemed as though the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from visible stains.

We got upgraded to a sea view room, the view was beautiful from the room and the lobby was welcoming

Carpet in bedroom had seen better days but I know they have grand plans.

Very comfy bed and slept well. Very good breakfast. Beach opposite. OK, I've stayed in better (and worse) but considering they've only just taken over they are doing well. I think it's going to be a gem thanks to Dilara, Deniz and Habib! Such a warm welcome and couldn't do enough for us, thank you!

The Burlington needs a lot of tlc inside and outside The Burlington was not what we expected despite the fact we were told we were upgraded to a double sea view cb room that was not the case.All they offered was a complimentary car park at the back of the hotel The room was quite small and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The carpet was all stained. The radiator made very weird and loud noise all night The matress was lumpy and uncomfortable Bed was really small that my husband legs were hanging out and had to sleep in a baby position in order to keep his feet on the bed

Can NOT rate the Majestic hotel as the were closed unexpectedly and they moved us to a sister hotel The Burlington So my review will be based on the Burlington hotel Location was good really central opposite the pier and short walk from town centre

Room wasn't ready for over an hour past check in. Then offered us a room with 2 twin single beds, when we booked a family room for 3 people. Then had to wait longer for room with 3 single beds. Room was not prepared properly and had to ask for soap, toilet paper and shower gel.
