We were running late because of hours of delays on M6 and I was getting a bit stressed out because of the high late check-in cost. I kept the property informed of the delays but it was clearly not going to affect incurring the charge. Luckily we made it on time!

The property was just what we needed for a stopover. The lovely lady who greeted us was particularly welcoming, friendly and warm. She even found me a bottle opener when we realised there wasn’t one.

Needs a few more practical things - somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom and a shelf under the mirror would be useful. Bit short on mugs and no tea towel to dry them after washing. A toaster maybe as we wanted to do some breakfast. We couldn't get on with the shower...but that could be just us?!!

Very well decorated and furnished. Spacious and comfortable. Definitely value for money for our overnight stay.

Ease of parking and access to Edinburgh via train station across the road. The apartment was exactly as per photos, very comfy and full of style with a nice welcome basket :)

The in charge are extremely friendly, approachable and considerate, and always at your service. When you need something, she will help you immediately.  The apartment is very neat and clean. Every corner is well-prepared for your daily necessities. The surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet,very lucky to find this apartment it is the best for a short stay.

This was not a loft (high ceilings, big windows)!!! This was an attic. With very bad internet connection. It was not Marrakech style. There were only some souvenirs, perhaps from Marrakech, in a very old British interior. That doesn’t make a Marakech style. The attic was poorly maintained. I don’t like to be deceived.

We made a quick stop when heading back home from the Highlands and we were not disappointed. Great welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, clean environment. They even have an outdoor seating area. We enjoyed our stay and would book in the future if needed

Very strategic location , the apartment is a stone throw away from Lanark but also there is a convenient railway station at door step and me and my husband and toddler went to see Edinburgh Zoo during our visit to Scotland . Would definitely stay way. The kitchen was well equipped and we managed to enjoy a proper breakfast thanks to that

Tired decor. Needs a good clean, dusty and dirty. Had to wash plates etc before using them. Described as "mountain view"!! This overlooks a big railway yard with lots of trains and noise through the night, oddly that wasn't mentioned in the description!! No dining table, only a small side table....but 4 dining chairs. Not kitted out well at all. 10 dinner plates and 1 cereal bowl plus cheap picnic cutlery. When the mugs are from Sports Direct you've really hit rock bottom. WiFi barely worked. Bed uncomfortable. Putting a few cushions on the floor does not make a Marrakesh style!!! Will definitely not use again!

No welcome pack. When I asked about milk and coffee they said coffee was there(it definitely was not). However when we got home later there were 2 bottles of water and sachets of coffee so they clearly knew .They said they dont provide milk cos they are vegan. The stairs up to the apartment are quite tricky. The oven needed cleaning . Just glad we were only in it for a quick overnight. We go to that area regularly and stay over. Very disappointing
