Owners were extremely nice and friendly! Responsive and always ready to help. Room was very clean. Room and bathroom were a bit small but comfortable enough for short stays. It had all necesseties so overall definitely a good value for money.

Nothing really. Carpark at the rear is very tight but everyone managed when we stayed and the Leon was always on hand helping guests park plus offering to drive in and out if you didn't feel comfortable. So parking was not an issue at all and car we're secure and off the street.

Christine and Leon were both exceptional hosts. They were super friendly and a lovely, genuine couple. Happy to help in anyway they can. We arrived early and were given a parking spot as well as the keys. Even though still required to not go into the room until check-in time this was a massive help as it allowed to us to go about our day without having to worry about parking. We had a great night's sleep in a comfortable clean room with everything we needed. The beds were top quality and all bed linen was as good quality as any top hotel you would stay in. The breakfast was perfect, with everything you would expect. Everything tasted great. Everything you could ask from the moment we got there. Thank you Christine and Leon. We would highly recommend to anyone and would be more than happy to come back again.

The bar seemed to be always shut! Once you've parked the car you couldn't easily get it out again, which is fine if you're exploring via the trams etc but if you wanted to go elsewhere then it would be problematic.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Location was ideal for visiting the Waterloo Music Bar. Free parking,  clean room, comfortable bed, and breakfast was spot on. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is in a great location at the south shore. The rooms are lovely and clean, they offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Leon and Christine are very welcoming and the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here twice and on both occassions we were not disappointed, we would not stay anywhere else now.

very nice clean hotel, we had a very comfortable night's sleep, and hot water,the hosts were very helpful with guiding us into the carpark as its very tight (the hosts did offer to park my car for me) nothing wasn't to much trouble,we stayed for breakfast 10/10 , we will be back again.

There was parking at the back but be advised if you have a larger car, we have a Skoda superb, it is a very narrow gap to get through two buildings to park up. Not a criticism, just something to be aware of, and everyone checks out at the latest 10am so if you need to be aware before then I would make the owners aware when booking.

Our room was up one flight of stairs and overlooking the main street. The hotel was not far at all from the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle water park. For anyone wanting these attractions it is a great location and if you need the main town centre the tram stop is not far away. There was cereal choices for breakfast and also cooked breakfast option.

The parking behind , however that can not be helped and we didn’t have to pay for the parking 🅿️

There was nothing I could think of as it was definitely value for money in my eyes.

The hotel was in a great location for my myself and my little girl and both Leon and Christine were nice and friendly and helped us with parking facilities. The breakfast was at a good time and was nice and also got a good sleep. Definitely value for money. Bryan Glasgow
