It was small, the TV didn't stay on and kept re downloading and the coffee machine didn't work.

I liked the attention to detail with our service but i was under whelmed with the room. I loved the under floor heating. I loved the bedding and slept very well.

Didn't use the pool...wish it was more of a spa or there was at least a hot tub. Found the lay out of the hotel to be quite confusing but we got used to it. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfy.

The location was fabulous...loved the area. Walkable to restaurants and theatre. And loved the cancellation policy since we are always up in the air about our travel plans until the last minute.

Room too small for the cost, food should be as advertised on room service menu

Eggs and breakfast good but fruit salad advertised with berries had zero berries and mainly apple only, waste of money! Coffee was the overly strong. I upgraded room and it was still tiny!

For the most part it was a 10/10 stay. I didn't like that a few days prior to my arrival I had e-mailed the property via booking.com and did not receive a response, so when I went to check-in I was a little unsure what to expect. Didn't mind too much but on Sunday (I assume a lot of check-outs and check-ins may have been taking place), housekeeping was still cleaning my room when I got back at around 4pm, and after having been out since about 8 in the morning, all I wanted to do was lay down. Was still a 10/10 stay though and would definitely stay here again.

I loved the area and I loved that the hotel was situated in the heart of Marylebone. The facilities offered were amazing, including the ability to use Third Space. Staff were super nice and friendly, from the doormen to the concierge, to the cleaners.

The room size was a little small, even with the complimentary upgrade. It is hard to fault at the price point for a good hotel like this in central London and I will definitely return.

Perfectly located hotel in Marylebone, walking distance to high street, baker st, Oxford st, etc. Lots of nice cosy spots in the hotel for a drink, coffee or meeting. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, even gave me an upgrade on arrival. The gym facility which doubles up as a members gym is a great facility to have on site with all sorts of weights, equipment, different workout areas, etc.

Room was cramped, and the small areas there were, they were filled up with their things, so there was hardly room for my things. Plumbing was funky. If I had washed my hands in hot water, it took minutes till I could get cold water from the tap in the sink. (But to be fair, when I mentioned this on checkout, they removed the charge for my breakfasts.)

Certainly a classy hotel, room was clean and quiet, the bed was good, plenty of facilities (which I did not need or use). And Marylebone was a nice area with plenty of restaurants.

Guests at the hotel can use the Third Space gym facilities, however the concierge at the gym made it quite clear that they don’t like hotel guests.

I wasn't given any invoice when I checked out, also they didn't send me an email invoice, when traveling on business this causes a problem. The hotel lighting is quite dark.

Room was ok a bit small, breakfast was nice. Jonny the door man is excellent I would go back just to chat with him, he is such a nice guy and very helpful. Jonny your a credit to the hotel.
