Door handle on the front door was broken and sharp, didn't need to use it to get in but you don't know that when you try it. Door handle to the bedroom was broken and sharp. You do need to use this. Was a little cold as its s basement room and no control over temperature. Shower shoe horned into the bedroom without extraction, musty smell in bedroom

It is a good walking distance to the sea front. It was a good price for 1 night. I managed to get in one of the free parking spaces. It was an apartment for the family.

Online it said we booked a room with a private bathroom however when we arrived it was shared facilities. However we did not complain as shared facilities were very clean. There was an upgrade to have a private bathroom.

Excellent Location that was a 2 minute walk from the pier/beach. Room was neat and tidy, could do with an update, but fair with price. Very easy check in and check out.

Needs to be clearly specified in the room description when the rooms only have shared bathroom, also needs to specify that the toilet isn't even on the same floor meaning you have to go down 3 lots of quite steep steps when you need the toilet in the night, no good for People with Limited mobility

It was a self contained basement apartment in a hotel close to the beach and pier. Very happy with the accommodation, lovely touches added like the towels and bath/shower gels displayed lovely. Tea/coffee supplied and toilet roll, also has cooking facilities and fridge. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom was a little gem- very nicely done and makes you feel special. My kids and myself and our little dog were very happy and content and would easily return on another occasion.

The fridge clearly hadnt been cleaned as there was a half drank bottle of wine in there and a water bottle full of brown liquid ?

TV remote didn't work for bedroom TV. Broken bedroom door handle, so we just didn't close the door fully. Wet floor in the kitchen galley it seemed to come through a hole in the laminate floor we wore slippers so we didn't get wet socks. It was quite noisy in the mornings around 6am, from movement in rooms above the bedroom, but this is a basement apartment so we took that into consideration

Great location really close to the sea-front. Free parking opposite the hotel. Nicely decorated. Good shower in the bedroom. Great TV in lounge area. Tea and coffee supplied. Nice bed linen and clean towels provided. Clean oven and microwave Full sized fridge and freezer perfect for a longer stay. Huge lounge area, really comfy sofa with plenty of room for more than 2 people to sit and watch TV. Great value for money. Dog friendly. I left some personal belongings when I left and they very kindly posted them to me, for which I was very grateful. I would book this again for a short break.

The only thing thing was the tv remote in the bedroom did not work so couldn't turn tv up and down or over and there was alot of movement early hours of the morning which scared my daughter as it sounded so close but that was probably just a one of

I had to sleep in my jumper as I was cold. The mattress was very very thin but you get what you pay for. It did state it was a budget room. The entrance to the house and rooms were push buttons locks which wasn’t stipulated and I found this very difficult as I have bad arthritis in my hands

No reception and check-in, had to call a number to get our room, it was sent with a door code through sms, very inconvenient when you are standing at the door with all your luggage. Humble question: why couldn’t it be sent to us through booking.com app prior to our arrival?! No lift, cleanliness was a question (hair in shower, dust on surfaces), small bathroom (I’m 70 kg, hardly matched the facility)

Radiator in living room was not working we know the heating was on as bedroom Radiator worked fine Door handle fell off door meaning it was harder to get into bedroom due to my fibromyalgia meaning my partner had to open door constantly

Very noisy, the dog bark all night and the people going up the stair felt like they were walking inside the room so we barely sleep
