Excellent location in the city centre, so great for shopping, eating, drinking and sight seeing.

United KingdomExtraction fan in bathroom wasn't working, when it did eventually start spinning, slowly, it made an awful racket. Easy fix however. The interaction between waitress and chef during breakfast was very loud, it may of been exaggerated my end by a slightly sore head, non the less I now know the lady's partner shift patterns and how they breakdown their household bills. Not a major issue, everyone was happy eating, food was topped up well I just think they need to consider the time and place.
Location spot on, overnight car park less than a 5 min walk. The hotel also has a night porter on duty which adds to the safety factor when returning late evening/early morning. He also checked to ensure you are a guest. Rooms well equipped and everything you need was available. Very clean throughout. Enough pillows to build a Fort, I think my room had 8! Breakfast was great, a decent spread being a weekday which shows their customer focused intentions. Coffee was refreshing and definitely needed, tasted great too! Overall a great stay, just the minor issue and would of been a 10/10.

United Kingdomlater checkout would have been helpful. Hook in area near the sink to hang make up bag near mirror. I hung it off the low towel rail which wasn't ideal.
Beautiful room and being at the back of the property the noise from the club opposite was minimal. Breakfast was exceptional, the best poached eggs i've ever had. Calm and relaxed, perfect location.

The breakfast was very nice. Eggs freshly cooked when ready to order. Only downside was there wasn’t enough choice for the types of coffee served. The only option was perculator coffee which I personally do not like.

Welcoming staff, perfect room and great breakfast. The room was a great size - it even had a bath and a shower! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we felt at ease and at home. Every member of staff was excellent. We couldn't have asked for any more. Location was great. A 20 minute walk from the train station, through the city, in a straight line along flat roads. It was incredibly easy to find the hotel. We would stay again.

This hotel was extremely clean and great value for the money I paid. The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and approachable. My room was spotlessly clean. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and the hotel was quiet. It is perfectly located. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Salisbury.
