Room very small, no toilet on top floor, very strong smell of weed as soon as entered hotel. Asked for rooms close together but they were on completely separate floors. Didn’t feel very secure as locks on doors weren’t the best.

Location good. Close to town centre. Can say the room was clean.

No toilet and shower we have to share with others . I probably I didn't check the advertisement properly . In room we have sink and mirror .

Close to the beach , city and everything what you want . I have booked the room in last minute - and for that reason was ok but next time I have to find with this price something better. It is very old building but clean .

Tv didn’t work. There were previous occupants shower gels left in the shower.

Location was good - near the beach front and close to facilities. Literally only slept there, didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Decent room with en-suite. WiFi was good even though it was next doors WiFi, connection was decent.

Very noisy. In need of some redecoration, very basic furnishings, ripped opaque plastic stuck on window, view out of the window to the alley at the back was pretty disgusting (full of rubbish, dumping ground and dirty, drainpipe leaking noisily)

Friendly manager who gave us the keys, clean towels.

The room was smelly, no remote for the tv. The was was like sleeping on concrete the rooms are tiny and shared bathroom between men and women thats was really dirty.

The location was alright i guess we didnt get breakfast.

There was now ensuite and it was shared bathroom which was rooms away. The bathroom or bedroom light didn't work, damp spots in places and windows had gunk all round them and couldn't close properly

Shared bathroom wasn’t in a very nice condition and was a bit run down, stayed in somewhere else for the same price a week before and the conditions and facilities of the other place were much better, also check out is quite early in my opinion considering a lot of people will be there to enjoy the nightlife and won’t be getting to sleep until pretty late

The location was good, walkable distance to everything, room was prepared with soap and bath products & tea/coffee stuff which was nice

Noise levels at night were loud could do with investigate in some double glazing to rectify the problem.

Cheap hotel close to the city would recommend for and lads or lassies weekend away not for a family.

Very basic, there wasn’t any soap in the shared bathroom, the sink in the room the hot water did not work. Not enough plug sockets and not enough towels provided

I liked that it was located very close to where we were heading to in Blackpool and very convenient. It’s okay for a 1 night stay but nothing more than that, bed was comfortable

Outside around the back was rubbish everywhere. the shower in the room was out of order so we had to use the communal shower that was ok. Bedsheets were fresh and clean but some were well used. No breakfast room on offer, but that was ok for us as Wheather spoons was 5 minutes walk very cheap breakfast.

The location is excellent walking distance to the tower 4 minutes away. The owner was very nice and a gentleman who was more than willing to make you feel comfortable as best as he could.

Room let down by ill fitting curtains, paint on carpet, no light shade, no tv remote, dirt inside drawers.

Great location, easy to find close to everything. Tea/ coffee making facilities . Staff were friendly. Beds clean and comfortable.

Everything was really bad everything was falling apart and the hotel need closing down
