It's a beautiful cottage flat, has soo many home comforts inside from bubble baths to heat up wheat bags and so much more.. beds where soo comfy too and the bath is a great size.

Nothing that we could see! except maybe better lighting on the stone steps?

Like many of the previous guests who signed the Visitors' book, my daughter and I were sorry not to be staying for longer! It's a beautiful place, with a lovely homely feel to it, but also decorated and equipped with excellent taste. We didn't have occasion to use the kitchen but could see that it was well-equipped and would be great to use. We hope to come back!

It's always difficult to understand why a lovely property doesn't have equally lovely soft furnishings. We would recommend more being spent on bedding which unfortunately was cheap and the mattresses were not what we would hope to find when spending a night away from home. Ditto the sofas. It also felt as if the carpets and sofas could do with a deep clean. As we only stayed one night none of this spoiled our enjoyment of the visit.

Beautiful tranquil setting and we enjoyed taking a bottle of wine to enjoy down by the river. The property is self-contained above the owner's but we were private (although the property is in a small complex of other properties and we were slightly ticked off by the neighbour for having parked outside the property rather than in a designated space that we hadn't spotted). We really appreciated the ease of key collection and the fact that milk and basics had been left - we've stayed in other remote properties before where the owners haven't been quite so thoughtful! The property has a lot of charm and has been well designed with excellent utilisation of the space. It's a real gem.

Bed frame restricted sleeping (I'm too tall)

Lovely renovated property in a rural location set by the side of a small river. Facilities were great, and it felt like a 'home from home'. I only wish I was able to spend more time to spend there....... maybe another visit soon!

Accommodation is beautifully decorated and furnished. Beautiful wooden doors, stunning light fittings, carefully chosen accessories and quirky bespoke elements. we loved it! Very welcoming and warm. Had everything we needed . Lovely welcome from Claire. Milk tea bags and coffee here, plus a little note with some cakes 😊 I took Mum to Botanical Gardens of Wales yesterday and we spent a night here as a belated Mother’s Day treat. she loved it here! Beds were so comfy and bedding smelt lovely! Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Very peaceful. Definitely recommend 😊

Beds were a little on the soft side (but could just be us!) and stairs up to the property might be tricky for those with mobility needs (although we were fine)

Clare was a lovely host, she met us upon arrival and had treats for the kids in the freezer (it was a very hot day!) and also supplied us with a surprise box of fresh towels and treats for the kids mid-week. The kitchen was well equipped and like others have mentioned, the games box was appreciated. Other little thoughtful touches were books that the kids could read, and also a picnic mat that came in handy.

Nothing really - I'm not a huge fan of synthetic pillows but that's my personal choice.

Spectacular location by the riverside, on a large farming estate close to a nearby village with pubs etc. Very quiet and secluded, close to nature. We had lovely weather, and eating breakfast & dinner outside in the shade of the trees left lasting pleasant memories. Claire, the owner is a lovely lady - only too happy to help.

Only think i would say that wasnts Perfect was could of had some housecleaning before we arrived as there was a few Spiders around and cobwebs in places like shower and little dusty in areas but nothing that put off 4 Bikers as we still enjoyed are stay. oh and trying to get Taxi or Food delivered is really hard as its little out of the way but not problem for people in cars

The Place is stunning and very nice place to stay for a few people or Family has everything you need for a nice weekend away or week with family.

Bed wasn't very comfy; although not so bad that I moved to another room. Showers were useless unfortunately. That really should be address by the owner IMO.

Incredible location if you want pure peace & quiet. Amazing to see a hedgehog for the 1st time in years! The house is lovely with plenty of room to relax and cook yourself a good meal away from the world.

The instructions available handy on how the electric shower works. Also access to the beautiful cannel runs front of the accommodation.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, clean place and the game collection in the box was fantastic addition. Also the host was happy to accommodate our early check-in and early check-out request.
