If you have trouble sleeping with a fridge in the room remember to take earplugs.

The outside lights were flashing on and off non stop due to the wind, even with the curtains drawn the light is so powerful that it kept waking me during the night. It would be good to have a way to turn off the outside light.

Much smaller than expected and on a very narrow road. The kitchenette was poorly equipped with only a couple of mismatched size plates and the only cups were very small and all crazed in the bottom with one saucer that had been broken and glued together again. The shower head would not stay up properly. Despite having searched for pet friendly places and having booked this from that search the owner seemed unaware that we would have a dog with us and said it was ok and outlined the rules. Within minutes of arriving we had a message telling us that we had to pay another £15 cleaning fee for bringing the dog with us. We would have expected that a cleaner would have been coming in anyway and certainly would not have booked it had it been another £15 on top of what we already considered to be expensive for one night

The staff were friendly. Everything was clean. The location was good for a trip to London. Having a Fridge in the room was useful.

We did not eat breakfast at the guesthouse. The location was somewhat difficult to reach in that it was down a very narrow road but there was parking on site off the road. The hostess was very helpful and when we had a problem with the shower not functioning, she made every effort to rectify the situation and had a new shower installed that day.

Towels were old and also too small. The bath towel was so small it wouldn’t go round me and I am not massive! The sofa could do with replacing, the cushions are thin and it is not very comfortable.

The overall studio was great, the space and location was good and it was very convenient. Nice bathroom and useful to have the kitchenette too. Good facilities generally, wifi good and tv great.

The area is very quiet and lovely and the bed was very comfy. The owner was very helpful and when we managed to sleep in until 10am (!!!!) And realised we had gone over our checking out time she was very lovely and accommodating and told us npt to worry and that 11 was fine. We were embarrased so tried to leave quite quickly and because we sort of rushed and panicked a bit to get out within 20 mins I didn't get to try out the shower but all looked very clean and well kept. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you!

it’s not very well sound insulated which is expected with this type of building. this may not apply to anyone, but I’m a little sensitive to noise.

very clean, spacious room with an ensuite. having a microwave and a small fridge was an advantage for me. the studio room was separate from the main house (like a summer house) which gives you more privacy. nice garden view and very friendly owner too. I would certainly book again

I prefer a bed head to be against wall - this bedhead is in middle of room. Room is used for private purposes when not rented so there are private owner items behind a curtain to one side of room. Not sure if there was an iron / ironing board available - couldn't find one (didn't want to ask as I arrived late).

Private studio apartment with comfy bed. Studio has mini kitchen and a large wall hung TV. Nice bar stool area overlooking the garden. Helpful and friendly owner. Quiet road close to where I was working. Coop 4 mins walk away.

Unfortunately someone cut the grass while I was working and it was v noisy could not focus at my work and could not even make a work call.

Location was v good , the lady was v nice and friendly offered v nice breakfast. check in and out was very easy.

The cabin was incredibly warm but that can't be the owners fault (heatwave!)

The area is so peaceful and having our own little cabin felt like a wonderful escape for the night. Everything was spotlessly clean.
