We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Loved everything, the room, location,staff, price, except the Conitinental breakfast which was poor and unsubstantial.Purely cereal which I do not ever eat. No fruit, yoghurt, no fruit juice, and the toast was more like garlic bread Sorry but that was a real disappointment.

United KingdomWe stayed for two nights to visit Beamish unfortunately it was spoilt by being kept awake all the first night by noisy water pipes. Whilst it appeared to be fixed by the second night the manager didn't see it as being a problem when we complained. Shame otherwise would have given them top marks.
The food in the restaurant was really good and tasty and always hot. Can't fault it. The room was clean and spacious and bed very comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money though . They need to improve what a toast should look and taste like though. Thick sliced bread not a crusty roll .

United KingdomBreakfast is very late starting at 9.00am and I wasn’t advised on the first night so missed out. Was unable to make a single occupancy booking, so felt I paid for four breakfasts, rather than two.
Clean and tidy with a bar and restaurant attached. All staff very respectful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are most adequate, light and airy, all looks newly reformed, exactly as necessary for short stays.
