Room a bit small. We were offered upgrade to bigger room, but after we had 'unpacked' so declined for one night.

Good communication, hosts very pleasant, very good buffet breakfast, excellent location for Lundy ferry, free parking.

The breakfast consisted of cereal and toast with jams etc. No protein options (cheese/ham/boiled egg).

It was all grand. I had a very enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful owners.

For me the breakfast was perfect. Cereals, bread and jam, croissants, yoghurt , orange juice, tea and coffee. All v high quality. No cooked breakfast but that is clearly stated when booking. I don’t want cooked breakfast so it is a relief not to have to refuse it.

The mount hotel was a gorgeous property in a idyllic setting close to the town of Bideford, the hotel management were friendly and very welcoming, they took their time in the morning to speak to anyone who was using their facilities, the bedrooms were comfortable and clean very high standards, I would definitely say it was a place I would visit again

Beautiful building with beautiful gardens and surroundings. Andrew and Heather are wonderful hosts and the bedroom we stayed in was amazing. Furnishings are fresh and everything was clean…..cannot recommend this property highly enough!

It was a peaceful and calm space which was excellent in every way. We had the largest bedroom with a super comfortable king sized bed and luxurious bathroom. There was a good self serve continental breakfast and the friendly hosts were on hand to help with any other needs. Would definitely recommend and it will be our first choice when staying in the area again

Beautiful house a lovely warm welcome from the owner as I arrived. The room was lovely and warm and so pretty, the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower looked new and was sparkling clean xx good help yourself breakfast available too. Good value I’d definitely stay again xx

Nothing - everything met and exceeded our requirements.

A beautiful building with good access and excellent location to walk down into the town. Very friendly greeting and useful information regarding where to eat etc. We were able to leave our car there on the day we were leaving as we were doing a coast path walk and collected it later in the day which was very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast with an array of cereals, fruits breads, and spreads. Very comfy beds, and fresh milk provided in the fridge in the bedroom.

All was totally perfect

I loved everything about The Mount, No problem with parking on site, greeted by Andrew on arrival, showed to my room ...explained where everything was, beautiful clean room with all facilities, everything there I need included, Shower was much better than home, had a lovely comfy sleep in super comfy bed and woke up had breakfast... plenty of choices, I has a appointment down in the town, Andrew kindly let me leave my car in the carpark until finished. Perfect hosts. Will definetly use again and will recommend to others x
