A very comfortable, welcoming and friendly place. This venue is in such a beautiful and peaceful setting with amazing views and walks. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the quality was excellent. We'll be back, can't say better than that really!

Everything about The Mulberry Inn was exceptional. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, spotless and comfy, double blinds to reduce morning light, I slept like a log! The breakfast was outstanding with an amazing choice and a daily smoothie offered. The bar area was warm and inviting. The lunches in the bar were yummy and the evening meal in the restaurant was delicious! The views were amazing and the gardens were so neat and tidy, full of butterflies and bees. I traveled for work but i will def be back with my hubby.

Excellent breakfast with a very good range of food. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely garden overlooking the valley. Attractive for an early evening drink. The bathroom was particularly well stocked with a range of toiletries.. The silence in the valley!

Spent a gorgeous night here for our anniversary. We couldn't find fault with this place if we tried. The room was lovely and there is nothing that hasn't been thought of, from the toiletries which smell amazing, to providing toothbrush and toothpaste (which we actually forgot to bring ), to a nice room spray. Rubber ducks in the bath amused me. 😂 The bed was huge and very comfortable. The minibar was great and reasonably priced, with complimentary pint of proper milk, a coffee perculator , complimentary shortbread etc. There is a decent fan in the room too. The bath was huge , and for once I actually felt confident that the bath was so spotlessly clean that i was happy to use it. The bar area is nice, and again reasonable prices. Food was perfect . We had the early bird menu which was 3 courses for £30. The cheese board was so big we ended up taking it to the room to nibble on, as we couldn't eat it all at the table . Main comment is make sure you follow the directions given to you when you book. They tell you dont rely on sat nav. I stupidly decided to rely on Google maps , which definitely got us there but took us up the narrowest single track road ever. . Fortunately Alan was able to tell me the correct way to get back to the main road.

Fantastic friendly staff. Amazing food. All the little touches like fresh milk in the fridge in the room. Alan the owner went above and beyond. We were singing in the Eisteddfod and had an early morning rehearsal slot and Alan the owner, was an absolute star and drove in front of us to show us the ‘quick’ way to get to the show-ground. Big thanks again to Alan :-)

Room was a little too hot on the first night, but it had been a very hot day so probably couldn't be helped!

Location was absolutely beautiful, with walks right from the doorstep. Directions to Mulberry Inn were good too, and the owner and all staff were so friendly and helpful with directions to the Llangollen Eisteddford and other local beauty spots. The food was excellent - expensive but very good quality, and filling. The breakfasts in particular were very generous, especially considering they came with the price of my room. My room was great, very comfortable and clean with great facilities and extra touches.

Nothing to complain about it was lovely

This is a posh country hotel and I felt somewhat out of place a rather scruffy walker. Nevertheless, I was made very welcome. The restaurant food and wine are excellent with gourmet evenings if you book ahead. Somewhere I would return with my partner if there is an opportunity.

Being told that the dog lead had to be placed under a chair leg as this was company policy. Usually, we hold our dog’s lead as we feel we have more control over the dog and dog’s movements.
