The room was on the small side for 3 of us. There weren't perhaps enough plugs for phones etc. The main beds were rather soft.

I liked the kitchen facilities in the room. I loved the bath which was a good size. I loved the location which is excellent! So close to Covent Garden. The welcome drinks were also well received!

This is the third time we have stayed here and have been pleased each time but i was surprised how expensive the rooms were for our one night stay so sadly, although we have this little trip each year as my granddaughter’s Christmas treat, it will probably be the last at The Resident as i think it is now too expensive at over £1000 a night for the two rooms.

The location is superb, close to everything we wanted to do. We didnt order any food as nearby facilities are good. I like the small kitchen area and the shower room was very good.

Coming from the states, would have loved a real coffee pot in the room, but realized that isn’t the custom there.

security conscious, safe and clean. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us at every turn. They arranged taxi service for us, recommended restaurants, and even gave us a complementary glass of wine when we were too late for the evening one. Left a bottle of wine and personalized note in our room upon arrival.

I can’t fault the hotel at all.

The hotel itself is well set out and easy to navigate. Our room was lovely. So clean and comfortable. We were very kindly offered a room upgrade when we arrived and complimentary wine when I mentioned we were there for my birthday. The staff were attentive, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located close to West End theatres, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. We’ll definitely book again if we’re back in London.

Everything is always perfect.

I use this hotel regularly for my business trips to London, and quite honestly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The welcome I receive from the Reception team is exceptional, always positive and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and the kitchen facility in-room is really useful.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance from lots of bars, restaurants & theatres. The mini kitchen was great although we didn't really use it much.

Our stay was only positive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room decor was clean and tidy. I stayed with two friends in a room with three single beds, one was a pull out bed but a full single size. The beds were very comfortable with clean crisp linen. The air conditioning worked well, in a lot of hotels it’s difficult to adjust the temperature and if you get it right it can be noisy. The room had a small kitchenette area which had a filter tap for drinking water. The shower and toilet room had Molton Brown toiletries and was spotless. The room was very quiet. We had a complimentary glass of Prosecco in the lobby before leaving the hotel to see a show. I will definitely return to this hotel as we throughly enjoyed our stay.
