Location of The Nest is fantastic. Extremely clean and the beds are fabulous.

A few additional items in the house would be handy eg. a breadknife in the kitchen, a couple of side tables in the sitting room to put drinks on. And some instructions about how to work the central heating would be helpful.

The location of the property was ideal - easy walking distance from the major tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Our host was excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets - 4-slice toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher etc. And the kitchen was stocked with 'essentials' to get us started eg. cooking oil, butter, milk, coffee, salt, pepper - really helpful.

All very professional and high quality, owner very kind and friendly, We had some small issues but was resolved quick after report. Place close to city centre, was pleasure spend weekend there and for sure We gonna come back soon !

What can I say the location and the property were absolutely fantastic We stayed for four nights contractors from England. We felt very safe and use the Puregym just around the corner. We cooked Most of our meals in.the neighbours were really friendly and parking was no issue. I would like to give a big kudos to Frank.

Shower pressure is really poor.

The nest is well located just a short stroll from the cathedral quarter. Really comfortable home with lots of little extras. The host is attentive and answers any questions quickly.

The water pressure in the shower is terrible.

Shower pressure was low, but the host had messaged us to inform us that there was a small leak above the bath and that he was struggling to get a plumber. This might have been the cause of the low water pressure. This was a very small issue and didn’t affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Clean, warm and comfortable house, in a great location for walking to city centre, with all the facilities you could expect. Welcome pack of milk, fruit bread and biscuits was a lovely touch.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, and road noise was a little louder in the smaller room.

The Nest was an excellent place to stay, fantastic location, walkable to all the pubs/restaurants in the Cathedral Quarter. Arrival was simple and easy with keys being in the lock box, house was spotless, beds were so comfy we all slept great. Great facilities and lots of information in guestbook. Really appreciated the milk, bread, snacks and toiletries that were there for us to use, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again next time I’m in Belfast. Was visiting with friends but would be more than happy to stay here with my family it was perfect

Super location near to public transport and services. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Quiet, safe, small estate. Spacious seating areas for eating and watching TV. Large TV with Netflix plus more. Fantastic communication with host. Property had everything we needed. Hassle free check in system. Belfast- so much to do for a family.

Showers water pressure was very low and it took time for the water to heat up.

The location was perfect, it's within walking distance from everything, it was a very quiet place and what ever road you need to take is outside the property, the hostesses Frank and Alice had a very nice welcoming package for us and we really appreciated it. The property was spotless and comfortable and it had everything we needed, there's only one thing the shower was under powered and it takes a while for the water to heat up. Frank and Alice really make you feel comfortable and welcome.
