That there's no kettle in the room only downstairs in the hallway and it was empty the first day we arrived the water didn't get replaced at all. We stayed for three days I would have thought it would have bit it didn't.

Self check in, i liked very much.

The ladders to the top bunk where very unsafe very loose and one was not even attached one side..they did send someone to fix and it was slightly better but still very loose and not tight also was no cups so couldnt have hot drink,i did text the number for the manager but never received a reply.walls would do with a lick of paint fair few stains but for a night or 2 at the price it was ok

The room size is very good i liked the fact there was a room with a door that separated the two bedrooms the bed was very comfertable. The room was not cleaned due to a problem with them running behind but it was very well cleaned when we returned.the receptionist was very polite and helpfull,The free wifi and netflix is a nice touch

Bunk bed very wobbly and ladders broken. No staff at the property everything was done through texts messages but they was very helpful.

Very clean and tidy. Looked just as the pictures shown. Brilliant location it couldn’t have been any closer for us. Plenty of space in our room and my kids was very happy it had a telly with Netflix and YouTube.

The room was tiny, with hardly any space to walk around the bed, and the door of the bathroom kept swinging open against the room door, so you had to fight your way past it to get in and out. There didn't seem to be any heating at all and it got very cold.

I've stayed at all the rest of this group of hotels, and I wanted to collect the complete set! As always in Tony's hotels, the bed was very comfortable and the wifi was excellent. The stairs are wider than usual in Blackpool guesthouses, so easier to negotiate with luggage, and the hallways are quite nicely decorated

Hot water wouldn’t work on the taps but the shower was fine.

Room was cosy and clean. I was shocked at the price to be honest very, very fair price for the room and location. Just stayed here for a family day in Blackpool and everywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 10 minute walk. We will most likely stay here again on our next trip to Blackpool.

Beautiful new carpet but the door hard to open due to it being so thick. Yellow marks down the wall assuming from condensation but could do with either a scrub or a paint. Divan bases on both beds need replacing, but once sleeping didn't affect sleep, just weird sat or laid on the edge of the bed, feeling like you're going to fall off.

Great communication from Jessie (reception), location couldn't be better, room a decent size for what we needed, bed linen clean and comfortable, netflix & wifi a great touch if not just a smidge unpredictable with the signal. Would definitely stay again.

The room wasn’t very clean there was a old chewy left on the headboard , the bathroom door kept getting stuck ,the shower was very small , two of the best were dirty and had stains on them , there was rubish found under a bed , they where not prepared we requested for an early check in and got told it was fine but then had to wait outside the hotel for an hour in the rain , the cleaning staff was very rude and tried telling us to get out at 11am when we were told we could leave late and then she was rolling her eyes and knocking as soon as our time was to leave and we were already getting out the door

The bed was comfy ,the heating was very easy to use and kept us very warm ,one of the beds where clean ,the toilet was nice and the sink , there was a great supply of towels ,the owner was nice and sorted stuff for us quickly

No TV in main bedroom. Bathroom door was very difficult to slide open and close. Bunk bed needs tightening as it squeaks and ladder steps spin around.

Spacious clean family room (two bedrooms) with good location. Easy check in/out. Basic but good for a short stay.

There's no breakfast or common area but I knew that going in, so isn't a criticism.

The location is great. The hotel is basic but very good. The whole place is clean and well presented. The bed was comfy. There were no staff present but the staff member I interacted with over phone and text was very helpful in getting me access to the room and onto the wifi.

Main issue is there was no staff at the property, there was a couple of men who followed through the main door after I put the code in, late in the evening while I was alone with my 2 small daughters and lingered inside the building. Was quite anxious as they were outside of our room for a while. They were still outside the room when my partner returned from the car and told him they were awaiting their room codes, and seemed to stay outside the room for some time after. May very well have been guests, however, had there been staff on site checking guests in, I would have felt much safer.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our room. Great location! Really comfy beds, room was fairly clean. Tv in the 2nd room was great for the children. Coffee machine downstairs was handy. Really good value for money!

Mattress was stained however could be solved with a mattress protector and wasn’t visible with sheets on.

Can’t complain for the price and location, had everything we needed and beds were very comfy. Staff were helpful when we had a problem with our remote and left an item behind they couldn’t do enough to resolve it.

Could do with live TV signal to watch shows like emmerdale or eastenders at normal times. Could do with kettle in rooms as to make own drinks in room instead of having to go all way down stairs.

Excellent location, just 100 yards from promenade and city centre shops and market. Felt secure with digital locks and keypad on doors.
