Just to note that the walls between rooms were very thin, so I would recommend having earplugs with you, especially if coming during peak season.

Very good location for a weekend stay in London. The room was very clean and spacious. Off season also had a very good price.

Only terrestrial TV, which had a very very bad connection and therefore I wasn't able to watch it. I was told someone would check it but nobody did.

The TV didn't work. There was no signal for any channels. Also there was no mirror in the main room only the bathroom. This made hair straightening difficult as needed a plug. There were a lot of emails from the building leading up to and during the stay. While online checking and check out is necessary - I felt there were several unnecessary - but this may have been the system resending me the same e-mails.

Nice room, comfortable, bright and airy. Liked having a kitchen and fridge. Liked the contactless check-in - easy to understand the instructions to get keys etc. Would stay again. Wifi was great which was essential when working away.

No full length mirror, and quite noisy in the early morning. It does also get quite warm very quickly

Unfortunately, the instructions were not clearly explained as to where our apartment was located. You have to enter the building to obtain the key, but you have to exit the building to enter the apartment we were staying in (apartment 2) down the stairwell. We arrived at 3pm London time and had to call the emergency number to get instructions as to where our apartment was. The staff were absolutely fantastic helping us, however this could have easily been avoided had there been clearer instructions. Another important thing, to us at least, was that there was no window. It was quite stuffy at times. There was a door with glass panels that led out into a tiny courtyard, but unfortunately you couldn’t leave the door open, as there were others that had access to this too. There were also no instructions on how to use the aircon. Overall, central location, and clean apartment 😊

The apartment was nice and clean and quite central for walking. There was a pizza shop literally next door, which was very convenient, and a little grocery store opposite, just a few minutes walk away

Nothing, it was great.

This accommodation really was brilliant. Accessing the accommodation was super efficient and everything worked as expected (key code entry to the main door & then a key box for the apartment). The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was great, just off Tottenham Court Road, 10 minute walk from Warren Street tube and 15 minutes from Euston. Great value for money. Will use again.

The bed was small, it was a spacious room, and a kingsize bed would have been so much better. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, but no milk!! The floors were all laminate, great for easy cleaning, but the footstep noise from the room above echoed through to our apartment.

It all seemed brand new. The entrance hall was freshly decorated and new carpet. The basement studio apartment was spacious, very clean and the shower room although small was brand new and very clean.A Large TV which was easy to operate, and lots of channels. It was a v short walk (4 minutes) on to Tottenham Court Road with lots of buses, and either Goode St or Warren Street tubes very close by.

We have just come home from a 2 night stay. We should have stayed for 3 nights, but with train strikes and a couple of other issues, we decided to leave the night before. The people in the above apartment were very noisey, so I didn't get much sleep. Also, I think the apartment would benefit from a mirror above 1 of the plug sockets to be able to do your hair. Better seating or more comfortable chairs would make the apartments feel more luxurious than just 2 stools.

The cleanliness was outstanding.

Too many emails received from the structure, there is really no need to send that many emails and it’s annoying for customers.
