The bathroom towel heater was burning hot with no possibility for adjustment. The bed was ok but a bit tiny and could have been more comfy.

Room was a tad cold but it was minus degrees outside. Bathroom underfloor heating and bathroom in general was great. Along with the bed and nights sleep. Last night there was a house party nearby and the noise was quite off putting but we had a few drinks in us so didn’t effect us too much but it would effect other people

No hot water - host followed up with a message informing guests that there was a problem with the boiler and that it was getting repaired in the morning but as I was only staying one night it meant cold showers.

Depending on the next door and above neighboors it could be noisy. In my case it had been ok. Little damage at the shower.

It was quite noisy, I could hear the neighbours next to our appartement having a party, and you could hear other guests in the hallway.

The walls are paper thin. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The beds are really narrow. Even for people of average height/size.

I liked the location of the apartment. Quiet neighborhood, close to the subway and bus. You have all the essentials, a small kitchen, plenty of outlets for charging, hot shower.

First the place has no way to turn the heat down and it was too warm. We tried everything to turn it down- nothing worked. The bathroom smelled a bit mildew. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. One additional mirror would have been nice. Also additional hooks for clothing or towels would be helpful. We found it very difficult to sleep when the neighbors staying in the room next to ours came in at 3in the morning as the hallway echos and the noise was outrageous. We think key pad locks would make more sense than a key that has to be used on 3 locks plus a gate- and our neighbors never locked the gate.

Location was great, facilities were clean, easy to get the key and the towels were excellent.

Wifi was pretty bad in the top floor, rooms are not very sound proof, able to hear the neighbors very well. Shower low water pressure. What I didn't like so much is that it's really a studio, so the bed is right next to the kitchen with less than a meter in between the stove and the bed. Also there is not really a table, only a tiny desk with a stool. However, for London standards, this is quite common and the room was definitely cleaner and more modern than other places I've stayed at before.

Super clean and quite new and modern. Nice location, relatively quiet and clean area, but close to main places and supermarkets & restaurants close. Tube is still a bit of a walk, but fine. Kettle, fridge, kitchen and supplies all new and clean.

Walls are very thin so it can get noisy. My room was underground with a window to an inner courtyard, you basically have no outside light. Not a room to stay in, just to sleep.

Clean studio at a reasonable price in a fun central neighbourhood. Easy self-check-in and check-out. Good coffee machine and small useful kitchen. Clean bathroom and good shower.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off TWICE during my stay (without reason). It took a long time to turn it off and it was very unpleasant. The shower was difficult to figure out (for a foreigner). And the towel heater could have used directions as well. I would have liked to use it, but couldn't figure it out. Writing all of this to be helpful- not simply critical. :-)

I felt the property was clean and cared for. Bumped into cleaning staff a few times and they were very friendly and made me feel sure I was in a safe place. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated.
