Nobody in person to talk to, its like student accomodation where you just look after yourself. As middle-aged adults we expected more. Basic room with shower. The whole room needs some TLC re maintenance and a picture on the wall would even help!! Contacted the owner to explain our concerns but not reply yet ( a week later).

Went in and immediately was greeted by two dirty sponges by the sink, one with some hairs in it. I wasn’t using the sink so this wasn’t an issue other than putting me a bit off. Bathroom door hinge was broken meaning I couldn’t close the door. Shower was a bit slow

Great location due to being close to Jesmond metro Cheaper than other alternatives so definitely would go again if the time to arrises

The hotel was a bit disjointed unorthodox with entrance at the back via the car park and having to find the locker box to put your door keys in, at one point I thought I couldn't get out especially with leaving so early in the morning to go to work, this however would be easier second time around.

The room was nice and very clean, the 1 staff member i met was very helpful

The room didn’t offer kitchen as it appeared in photo or bath . The kitchen is a shared one downstairs with washing machine Found this to be misleading Plus room was noisy due to bar downstairs The radiator could not be turned off so room was like a oven

we found the bed was a bit small and uncomfortable but we were only there for one night - also, the door leading from the parking spaces to the building wasn’t locked, we were told we needed a code but we later found out the latch was stuck on open so i felt a little uneasy about that, despite the cctv in place

location was great, we had a lovely walk around and was easy to get into town

The rooms were mixed up or so, someone else was already checked into the room we were supposed to be , the person was given another room and it was sorted though but that was a tick off for us . The microwave is on ground floor and room on 2nd floor

The room wasn't cleaned very well. We stayed for 3 nights and they changed the bedding but the floors, doors and mirrors were dirty with grubby finger prints or water stains.

Staff were brilliant. Really helpful and friendly. Location is great and the restaurant had a positive vibe!

There was nobody on reception to deal with my arrival and so asked kitchen and bar staff to phone the responsible person to get details of my allocated room and key safe code which they managed to do.Although I appreciate it was a quiet night may even have been only occupant? I am sure details could have been sent in text or email?

The bed matress is just sinkin down, making a couple becoming quite together which is nice for a while but not when we want to have a better sleep.

The location was nice. The space of the room also good, and furniture actually useful. We had to request an extra towel and the bar staff helped out even not being their responsability so all good.

Quite noisy in the afternoon / evening due to bar downstairs and bit of a pong in the hallway Better for groups of mates than for couples or elderly Shower seemed to be very hot or very cold, however could get a bath

Bar down stairs is great (though not a part of the hotel) Rooms are a good size and Include fridge etc (Some include microwave also) Location great on Ozzy Road
