The coat hanger fell off the door, the Internet was too slow to run the tv from (we used my phone data in the end). A fridge and a microwave with cutlery and a couple of plates etc would make a massive difference... but in all honesty, we were barely at the room so it didn't really affect our stay, we just ate out.

I booked the double room with private bathroom, which was clean and the shower was nice. There was plenty of space in the furniture for our things and the sofa was big enough to double up as a spare bed for my son. The towels, shower gel and shampoo, plus the tea and coffee were all very welcome on arrival after our long journey. The cleaners were efficient and the manager/owner was there on site to hand us our keys and talk us through using the tv The location was great - 10 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes from the IMAX Cinema complex and 25 minutes from the o2, through a really lovely park area.

The staff was very nice and responsive, the neighbourhood calm, easily reachable, many shops nearby. I just didn't like that the room was quite dirty, not cleaned properly.

The check in process was awful! I was told to call 30 minutes before arriving so that someone could meet me, but then I just received a message with the address and someone over the phone explaining how to enter. This was VERY confusing and frustrating. A clear email before arriving with the actual address and explanation would make a big difference!

The room was lovely - spacious and had everything I needed. It was clean, modern and very quiet.

One bathroom shared between 4 rooms which isn't stated, so when you're busting for the toilet and the others jump in the shower you have to hold it in. Milk was 3 months out of date so couldn't have a tea.

Very noisy neighbours from above! In addition, The flat has been converted into 4 rooms, it has been partitioned by stud walls, which consequently means that you can hear everything.

The bath had no shower curtains, it was hard not to wet the ground.

The room was very, very spacious. It had a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, TV and a sofa. Exceeded my expectation.

Access the the flat was hell, the door is constantly jammed from the inside getting inside on arrival was hell and I came back 4am and couldn't get inside the flat and was banging on door for 20 minutes or more it was the worst experience I've ever had, same as on arrival.

Room stank of gas on arrival. To the point it made me feel very unwell. Reported it to be told it would take an hour for someone to come out. For health and safety reasons we haf to get out of there. And check into somewhere else. So more money spent. Trying to get s refund. And not getting any response for greenhouse. Booking.com have sent emails to them asking for a refund on our behalf. And still no responses. Also it stated it had private bathroom and it didn't it was shared. And there was no sitting area with sofa. It was literally a room.

Our stay was not so great, dusty lamp and bathroom rail, shower head was broken, bed was very uncomfortable and creaking evrytime you moved,could hear people in and out of the shared bathroom outside our room this was keeping us awake non stop. Also bed itself have few loose screws that we were worried we end up on the floor during a night. We won't stay again. Sorry.

The mounting bracket for the shower head needs re-securing. Still held, just wobbly.

Location is great, nice area & feels safe. Short walk to train station & bus stops. Loved how it had iron, ironing board & hair dryer in room. Also my girlfriend appreciated the USB charging added to the sockets as she didn't have the adapter being from Czech.

The bed was creaky if that was just sitting or trying to sleep and it was a nightmare. I didn’t like the fact there was no one there if you had an emergency. I was really disappointed.

The bathroom was the nicest but not that perfectly clean.
