The shower was a bit hit and miss temperature wise with the water suddenly going cold and then changing eratically.

We liked the accommodation block and felt happy with the security system. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The bedroom was clean but moving forward a new shower seal would make the bathroom better. Attention to service on the Monday morning would of been appreciated

Staff friendliness on arrival and the professional check in. The food was equally as lovely having stayed there a few nights before, breakfast was great also.

The rooms where very clean. The property has a very large parking and is situated in a very quite area. Food was really good. Will surely visit again. It is dog friendly but if you do not want to stay near dogs, they have a section where dogs are not allowed.

Other residents letting doors slam ... not the hotels fault but not impressed at being woken up by other people's bad manners.

From the minute we arrived at the bar staff were great, The room was clean fresh and lovely not being overlooked. Breakfast was amazing along with the staff.

Bedroom had a sloping ceiling on one side which was difficult to avoid. 6' partner hit his head badly twice during our one night stay.

Water pressure is not great, but gets the job done. It was tricky to get the WiFi working. You have to sign up via your media account and in the end we ended up just using our own phone connection. Would also be great to have plug points next to the bed.

Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but every time we walked pass the restaurant, it smells lovely. The grounds were also well looked after.

The room was quite cold {it was winter} as there was only one small wall heater. With the shower room (disabled) being so large it was very cold, could do with a heater

There was a problem with the shower, but the staff were more than happy to help by giving us access to another room to shower in.

Very friendly staff. Welcoming bar, with a huge range of gins. Room was comfortable, warm and quiet. Breakfast was really tasty - I should have ordered the largest one it was so good!

35 minute wait plus poor standard of breakfast.

Had to wait 35 minutes even though only one other couple in the restaurant. Quality of breakfast was poor. Young girl who was waiting on tables was very friendly and pleasant.

In room 7, slightly disturbed sleep due to banging noise from heating/pipes. No do not disturb sign in room.

Lack of cereals. Juices were not help yourself. Toast needed more toasting!

Large car park. No problem parking. Beautifully decorated pub. Entrance to accommodation is very clean and was our room. Manager went out of his way when I requested a certain drink at breakfast. Great value for money.

Heating was good apart from the heater making a constant clicking sound.

Lovely friendly staff. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have a varied manu with very good veggie, vegan and child options. The food was excellent and the breakfast is among the best I’ve eaten in any hotel.
