House doesn’t look much from the outside but when you step over the threshold, you can see it has refurbed to a very high standard with comfortable and attractive furnishings.

Great base for visiting local attractions, such as Sandringham House and Gardens and the North Norfolk coastline. Beautifully decorated and furnished premises, quality, stylish fixtures and fittings. Bright and cosy bedroom. Lovely hosts who greeted us at the property and explained the set up. The continental breakfast each morning was excellent, tea/coffee/juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, bread, cheese/salami platter. Parking available on site. Would recommend staying at The Old Bell.

There is a bit of road noise in the day but very little at night. It wasn’t a problem.

We stayed at the old bell for a wedding and had an amazing stay. Our room was immaculate, exceeded our expectations with tea, coffee, biscuits in the room. A mini fridge with fresh milk was also provided. The bathroom was spotless with ample fluffy towels. Breakfast was a continental style with cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and meats. Toast, teas and coffee was served too. Our hosts, Greg and Jacqui were knowledgeable of the area, kind, and took the time to chat with us. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning. Fantastic. We thought it would have a bar/bar food, but we were directed to a lovely pub down a mile down the road.

Lovely accommodation, very comfortable bed, spacious room with ensuite. Continental breakfast. Would definately recommend if you are in the area. We went to the Sandringham Estate which was 10 mins away.

I stayed after a wedding at a nearby venue. Room was wonderful - very tastefully decorated and, most importantly, had a very comfortable bed! Excellent shower too. The continental breakfast was very good too - a range of things on offer.

Jackie and Greg were fabulous hosts. Room was amazing, bed was so comfy and shower powerful with temperature adjust. Lovely continental breakfast to set us us for our journey home and the place itself was so wonderfully peaceful. A great base for discovering the area.

Just one tiny detail - the motion sensor light in the short corridor off the bedroom. Also, the bath water wasn’t hot enough, but I forgot to mention this to the owners, so this comment is just for their information. I’m sure they’ll look into it.

There is nothing, genuinely at all that could be improved.

The hosts are incredible. So warm, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in Anmer room with the bath. The room and the b&b itself is immaculate, really chic but also homely. Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. Quality toiletries in the room and even the room kettle is a quality dualit one. Bedding and towels are perfection. Thoughtful touches like a fridge with fresh milk in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh pastries and bread/ toast, fresh fruit, a beautiful selection of cereals. My husband commented how much he enjoyed the quality of the orange juice and the coffee and he enjoyed the meat and cheese at breakfast. Opposite is a little premier shop - great as we’d forgotten our toothpaste! We enjoyed our stay that much, and was made to feel that welcome, that we have set up to be regular fortnightly guests!

Great little gem run by a lovely couple. Excellent service, extremely clean and great continental breakfast with so much choice. I was working around the area and found The Old Bell. Very quick and easy to get to many places such as Kings Lynn etc.
