We ate in the Bar with family who we met over there, food was really nice enjoyed by us all, the bar is nice and cozy great atmosphere. Breakfast we ate in the restaurant part which is a smart setting, There was plenty of choices to be fair but we both had full English which was absolutely top notch couldn't fault it, in fact neither of us managed to eat it all. Staff we are lovely friendly people.

Minor things really: Could have been kept a little warmer and some repairs were needed to the bathroom extractor fan and bathroom door.

Staff are fantastic very friendly and welcoming they all seem to genuinely enjoy being there. I've stayed a few times now for business but finally managed to book a weekend for leisure with my wife. Breakfast was perfect the food is so good we decided to eat there both evenings and there's a great selection of drinks at the bar and of course the famous gin emporium.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and all the meals excellent. The range of complimentary beverages in the room and bathroom accessories were above standard. I would certainly recommend the Old Bell Inn.

Breakfast was really good. Between us we ordered avocado on toast minus the egg as a veggie option and a full english. Full spread of buffet options. Wasn't expecting the quality which was superb. Although we didn't drink in the bar, if you like gin you will be v impressed with the gin emporium. Extensive collection of gin from far and wide.

The breakfast choice is excellent .The evening meal was extremely good value for money and the portion sizes were not over facing. Complements to the chef. The room we had was small but no complaints. This was our second stay and we will stay here again. All in all a very good experience

Beer is very expensive £5.80 for a pint of coors

I love this place, the staff, the rooms, the food is excellent, not the cheapest about especially off you want to have a drink, they must have thousands of different gins and I’m sure they hold the world record for amount of gin they have

the bathroom was a little small for our needs - would have preferred a room with a shower

breakfast was great room was excellent - we were upgraded to a bigger room for free fabulous staff amazing choice of Gin pub was very busy when we arrived - all tables in the pub and restaurant were full - booking recommended if you want to eat very quiet - no disturbance from others or the road

The Wifi, was poor sometimes as low as only one bar, trying to conduct video meetings was impossible. Though it must be said I visited during a storm (Julia) I think, the weather could of been a mitigating factor here, but it still didn't work as expected.
