Significant hole in the bedroom wall where a tv had previously been. Just needs filling in and repainting.

Our second stay at The Od Bell and it really is the staff that make it an enjoyable stay. They are all friendly and helpful. We needed to check out early on Monday morning and they organised sandwiches and fruit for our journey as we needed to leave before breakfast. We did have the cooked breakfast on the Sunday which was delicious. Bed very comfortable.

Customer service- Bar Staff were disorganised. Found one person was quite unhelpful. Food was good quality but kitchen closed early. I ended up eating in the bath inn across the road where food was available even later in the evening and staff were always friendly and helpful.

Our room was very dusty… bedside cabinets, heated towel rail in the bathroom… radiators… shelf behind bed. Room was very hot even though there was no heating on and couldn’t open the windows for any air circulation

Nice old building with lots of features

Rooms a bit old school. On balance, it is not an issue based on the cost and the benefits. I'd stay again for the dog friendly and food options.

The people were really welcoming and friendly. The Thai restaurant was really wonderful and great value. Even if you don't stay, it's worth a visit. I'm still tasting umami and sweetness - a true joy.

The room was hot and dry. Also the plumbing was very loud. The hotel is old so it's quirkiness is to be expected.

I arrived 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and they still made me a meal that was really nice. Simple, hot and welcome. Breakfast was very nice, smoked salmon and scrambled egg, it was hot and the right amount for me.

Room temperature & the lighting near the mirror.

The bathroom was fine with a good shower. The room overall was okay but much too hot, the radiators were off but it had two hot pipes running through it. We had to have the window wide open day & night to try & cool it down. The room faced the main road & two busy pubs so it was quite noisy until the early hours with music & chatter!

Cleanliness was not the best in the room, minor things but I have raised this with the hotel. Holes in wall from an old TV bracket don't leave a good impression.

Lovely staff, nice bar and food. Bed was nice and comfy and linen and bedding were clean and fresh.

The bathroom is in need of modernisation and the upstairs corridor leading to the bedrooms would benefit from a lick of paint.

The Old Bell is in the centre of Warminster with it's own car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was warm and well decorated. The selection at breakfast was good.

The only slight minus was the bedroom was very hot and stuffy. It was too noisy to keep the window open at night because of the traffic and although there was a fan, that would have been a disturbance too. The heat was coming from the radiator pipes, not the radiator itself. Don't know what the solution is unless the heating is turned off.

Lovely quirky hotel in a central location. Food was of a good standard and the staff were friendly. It was good to have tea and coffee and mineral water provided in the room.
