As a new renovation to ere were some unfinished elements (bathroom door missing, not a deal breaker but a heads up).

Great location. New and comfortable. Parking facilities. Good WiFi. Good appliances. Great to get some complimentary tea bags (lovely Yorkshire tea!) and cooking basics. Very helpful hosting, always there for whatever needs (thank you!).

Perfect location, perfect for exploring Ulverston as everything is on your doorstep. The place was perfect - clean and cosy and so spacious. We loved the hot tub and it was shockingly easy to use!

Very good location. Beautifully decorated inside and out. We had no trouble during our stay and would definitely come back again, the little touches such as the welcome sign to the free drinks and essentials were a lovely touch. Would recommend!

The code was incorrect so I had to call and get the correct code to access. Luckily this was just before 5pm. The hot tub wasn't filled when we arrived (as had been discussed prior) which meant that we couldn't warm it up in time to use, which was a shame. There were detailed instructions on heating the hot tub but not for filling it (or how to close the drain). When we woke up in the morning it was half empty, so we didn't attempt to try again. This meant that we didn't actually use it at all during our stay, which we'd been looking forward to. We didn't let this affect our celebration, and overall we had a great stay!

We had a great stay celebrating a birthday. Amazing location close to the shops and pubs. Modern facilities. Cute garden area. All the amenities. Very comfy beds and various blankets around the property. Beautifully decorated. Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Extremely clean. Good wifi connection. Lovely welcome pack. Stylish furniture. Nothing at all, the hot tub is heated by fire so can take some work and checking up on but once it was hot it kept it's temperature and was lovely!

Gorgeous cottage, decorated so beautifully. Very warm and cosy in a lovely village on your doorstep. Hot tub in the garden was a lovely touch. The owners are super helpful and responsive. My child and dog loved it!

Cottage is located a 2 minute walk from the town centre which was great with plenty of pubs & restaurants nearby. We did a lovely walk a 7 minute drive away! Lovely New Year’s Eve getaway

No shelf storage in the bathroom if 5 people were stopping there would be toilet bags covering the limited floor space , thankfully their was only two of us so it wasn’t a massive problem also a lack of hooks to enable a robe or clothes to be hung . TV Chanel choice was limited I couldn’t work the Netflix .

We we're not given the code for the lock box prior to arrival as told in conversations/ instructions, and therefore when we arrived at the agreed check in time, we was say outside in the carpark for 35 minutes. The number on Booking.com did not answer the multiple calls, texts and whatsapps (we was contacted 3hrs later), id messaged the messenger service on Booking.Com both the morning and when we arrived about the code but there was no reply, and the number from the messages was unavailable after multiple calls also. My boyfriend then went to the window of Brewer's Rest and seen the code on a chalk board in the window, and also a number to call for the weekend if needed was not the one given to us prior to coming. I would just ask for next time to send the code out for the lock box to gain access to the keys prior to arrival (like stated in the instructions sent over initially) as we had travelled 2.5hrs+.

The property was beautiful, and we loved staying here. It was a perfect location, and was a lovely home from home. We both wished we could have stayed longer, and our dog was very settled. We stayed in Brewer's Rest, and it was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was beautifully decorated, the TV had access to all media's to watch, the bed was comfy, and the tub was lovely on the evening. The area was great, and has lots of local dog friendly pubs, as well as lovely walks nearby and within close driving range. We have recommended it to friends since, and would love to stay again. It was lovely.

Nothing to dislike as such just a couple of pointers as feedback. There was no lighter / way to start the fire for the wood fired hot tub (we’re no smokers so we had to go out to buy a lighter). The Wi-Fi code written in the guestbook was the wrong code and there was a little faff getting it sorted however this was eventually resolved. The hot tub needs some sort of chemical cleaning aid / filter as the water was quite dirty, a little off-putting but can be easily fixed. We wasn’t advised the name of the apartment before arriving. There’s 4 lock boxes all named and ours was eventually the 4th one we tried to open. Bedroom window needs some sort of curtain or blind as it’s summer the sunlight was beaming in quite early (we like to lie in when we’re away).

Brewers rest - Deluxe Apartment was really lovely. Furnished to a very high standard and had almost everything you would need for your stay. Inside the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Perfect location in the middle of the town. Free parking spot was a huge plus. Use of a wood fire hot tub is also a nice addition. We received a lovely welcome and bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was a great start. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice, everything you could need, nice touch prosecco & milk in the fridge, on a busy Road, which we knew about, just a pity bedroom window couldn't stay open during the night as very warm.
