A charming rustic farmhouse in Cornwall. The farmhouse was well equipped and very comfortable for our family of four. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. The location is very private and in a lovely tranquil setting away from the main camp-site. Plenty of room for our two cars. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if in this area. Easy drives to towns around Cornwall e.g. Looe, Polpero.

There wasn't a garden to let the dogs out in the early morning as even though it was gated, the dogs could get under it. It wasn't a huge problem but with an elderly dog that insisted on getting up at 6am it would have been nice to just open the door and let her out. Obviously pooh patrol would have been carried out every day too. This could be easily remedied by attaching chicken wire to the gate but again, it wasn't a major problem. There are lots of walks to take them on though as being a farmhouse, we were surrounded by fields.

Location was by a quiet campsite run by the hosts. Everything we needed was at hand and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. A great location as a base for exploring the area. There are also 4 EV chargers available too, especially useful as we arrived in 2 EV's so recharged to 100% every evening. We agreed a price for the charging with the hosts and were given the option of daily payment or settle at the end of the week. We also had the Hosts on WhatsApp so if any problems arose they were easily contacted. On one occasion we had no hot water, the boiler was in the main farmhouse attached, but 5 mins later after a brief message, the boiler was reset and all was well again. Don't worry about the farmhouse being attached, It has thick stone walls and you'd never even know it wasn't detached.

Great location, all major coastal resorts only an average 40 minutes drive away. Lovely site in the countryside, easy access to the local town (Lanivet)

Was lovely and quiet and peaceful, but yet only 5mins drive to the village. The house was a perfect home from home, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and everything we needed was already there.

we stayed here over Christmas and we could not have asked for a more perfect farmhouse to stay over Christmas. it was also really child friendly which helped us out a lot with a one-year-old and three-year-old.

After one night we had to buy more wood for the fire which was a shame and note it only has one bathroom (although it was huge) which felt odd for the size of property.

Lovely farmhouse. Really spacious and well equipped. There was a fireplace in the living room to use with some wood already and the whole place was spotless.

The kitchen had everything we needed but it wasn’t very well organised. There a so many cupboards - you really had to search what you were looking for - and there weren’t matching sets of crockery and glassware. But really only a small point and just made it feel all the more homely.

It was very spacious. Bedrooms were all a good size and the living areas cavernous! Lovely to have a private small garden & outdoor seating too. The access to the campsite facilities was a bonus!

There was only one bathroom which was ok - and I would stay there again - but it would have been nice to have two.

The location was very good, nice and quiet. There was plenty of space and it was very dog friendly.

Lovely people who run the site. Very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Mixture of tent, caravans and glam tents on the site. We stayed in the farm house which was rustic but clean and tidy. The king size bed we used was comfortable and very quiet even with window open. There were another two bedrooms and could easily accommodate 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped and great to have Netflix and a log fire albeit we did not use it as it was very warm. Make sure you bring basic suppliers such as toilet roll and soap as only small supplies were provided. Great location to get about to all local sights. Would definitely go again. It was also nice to walk dog round the fields. We had fresh eggs each morning (sold on site) and loved the coffee van and pizza van who come on site. Great facilities on site.

I wouldn't change a thing. Perfect property for small or larger parties.

Property was very spacious and fully equipped. Location was perfect. Owners were really friendly and had put real effort into creating a safe and homely environment. Highly recommended.
