The fire escape light came on at 12.30 am for about 40 minutes it was quite bright. The people in the next room played music from 7pm to well after midnight. The walls are quite thin. The heating seemed to stay on all night. The shower leaked a bit at the base.

Lovely location. Room was really nice and clean and smelled lovely on arrival. Good facilities. Easy to find.

Would have liked to have had the option of having breakfast there. The one mattress was significantly nicer than the other.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The curtains, bedding and furniture were all beautiful. We were so happy on entering to find such a high standard of accommodation.

Not much that didn’t like, only minor details could of enhanced our stay - Could of done with small breakfast bar or similar with stools to eat, we had ordered in due to no catering on site, pillows were really hard, ended up with sore ears from lying on them. But as I say - very minor details

Great location, room was lovely and spotless, hot tub lovely and up to temperature, housekeeping were around when we arrived (did arrive early due to mid judging time) and they were so friendly and helpful.

The heating wasn’t working, and it got really cold during the night. Spoke to the owners and the young girl did try and fix it but it couldn’t but we said it’s fine we will manage for the night. She was so apologetic and said she would give part refund with it, but we were later offered 15% off next stay, which we politely declined as this was a complete one off that we didn’t have the children.

Perfect place, beautiful room, lovely hot tub. We were there for our anniversary/ Valentine’s Day.

No outside lights, there was fairy lights but they didn’t work, it was very dark while in the hot tub we had to put the flash on on our phone to see each other

No external lights so arriving in darkness difficult and a little hazardous. No staff on site. Eventually found key pinned to mill door. No advice as to where to put key on leaving so left it in the room door.

We didn't see any owners whilst we were at the Old Mill, We would have liked breakfast to be included or even given the option on the booking. After watching four in a bed previously and wanting to visit i was alittle disappointed that no robes were provided in our room and no breakfast either like it was shown on the tv program. Toiletries were left from previous Guests and not provided from the owners... . But other than this we did have a nice stay for one night

The Old Mill was very comfortable and clean. Location was great not to far into yarm. A lovely pub at the end of the road, great food... hot tub provided but we didn't use this facility.

The shower pressure was very strong and jumpy to begin with. The outside space of the granary suite could do with some TLC, a few of the light bulbs are out at least 5 and the trellis behind the hot tub is all snapped! Hate to be picky but once you’re sat in the hot tub all you can do is look around and you notice things

Room was lovely as was the hot tub! Lovely touch gifting us some chocolates, lagers and a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival! Cleaner was very friendly we bumped into her while she was cleaning the upstairs room and we were checking out the hot tub

Fairly clean - old bits of food in fridge and cutlery tray. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was full of dead skin. Some random people parked up in a bay which I think they had rented the for the night. Walked about and looked into the hot tub space and someone elses whilst in use. Unless they did park on the property without the land owner knowing I'm not sure. We didn't have a problem with it but had we known we would of spent less time wondering if they ment more harm than good, but in the end it just looked like a family.

New, fresh and modern inside rooms and shower/toilet, TV, large sofa, washing machine. (Toot suite) Room was decorated with valentines decorations, bucks fizz, 2 bottles beer, small box of chocolates. Rooms are hot, clean bedding and towels. Coffee machine Private hot tub

what would make it better would be to put water glasses in the room instead of champagne glasses and something to enable you to fill the kettle as it won't go under the tap. Some instructions on where to leave the key? Nice and convenient but not worth £95.
